Will you bring your own bottle of water when you go out?

It is summer now and therefore we need more water when we are out. I seldom buy the soda water or the so-called juice outside because I think the best drink is water. So I bring my own bottle of water when we go out. Besides the healthy reason, it is also good for the environment because the bottles can be a serious pollution. It is a waste to throw out so many bottles after drinking the water.

hi youless yes its summer and our bodies crave more water so Keep a two cup glass at my table and drink then refill it countless time during the day as I do not depend on my thirst to tell me, usually by then we are already dehydratef. So I just keep on refilling my glass. I do not take expensive bottled water with me as I am seldom gome more than a few hours but if I were still working I would take a bottle of spring wated with me, drink that up and then refill it as needed to get in mh daily 8 to 10 glasses a day everday without fail. u

A habit we have on trips is to buy a gallon of spring water at Wal Mart, much less than a dollar and we carry ice and have our own cold water when we travel.

Like you, I prefer to bring my own drinks when I go places. I do prefer to bring either water or unsweetened tea. I have a stainless steel reusable water bottle that gets really cold and it is nice. Or I will use insulated cups with lids.

Oh yes, we always carry our own water bottles when we go out. Never did it before the kids were born. But realized that all water outside isn't safe to drink...and so after the older one was born, we always carried his water bottle and as an extension carried our own too.

youless,
I have a thermal flask with me which can hold both cold and hot water in my briefcase when I travel and for all kinds of seasonal weather.
I do understand and have experienced the inconveniences when water is either short or unavailable. So, it is best to be prepared at all times than be caught out. I do not carry the recycled plastic bottles as they are known to be unhealthy and hazardous due to the grade of the materials used.
I would advise that you get the proper water bottles at your end to avoid any health complications too.
Take care and have a nice weekend.

Hi,
I prefer to bring my own bottle of water when I go
out,but there is a time whereby I will forget to bring
it out,so I have to buy a bottle of mineral water
to drink.
It can save my money by bringing my own water from home.anyway,
I have plenty of empty bottle at home.
As for my son, I always get his own bottle of water when we go out.
I make sure he drinks plenty of water to avoid heatiness.

Hi youless, the weather in my place always scorching all the year round. Therefore we would sweat easily. We have to drink lots of water to quench the thirst after losing of water. As what I know the bottles of water available at the market are not healthy, so I always bring my own bottle of water whenever I go out. We have our home
water filter and it's convenient to fill the bottle staight away from the filter faucet.
I prefer to use glass bottle though it's heavier than the plastic one. I seldom take plastic bottle or canned aerated drinks as they are quite sweet and of course they can't quench my thirst for sure. I have to purchase the plastic of bottle from the stall occasionally if there isn't any water left in my own bottle.
Happy posting

Hi Youless!
I take a bottle of water with me even when I go on a short distance , to some shopping centre or so. It is humid in our place and normally I prefer to drink water from home rather than anywhere else. Even when I go out to eat rarely, I take water because I have asensitive throat and so I am scared of water from outside.Otherwise , I would have to buy the mineral water bottle ;I do it only when I travel.

to bring along your own bottle of water, is pretty normal for us here..
we live in a hot climate.. so, it is actually very advisable to bring along drinking water, when you go out.. children usually bring their water bottles to school.. even adults..
plus, the fact that drinking straight from the water tap - is really not advisable..

hiyouless I do not go out that often but if I get thirsty while out I will buy a bottle of spring water and drink it. I keep a large glass that holds sixteen ounces of water beside me here at my computer and refill it often so I get my eight to ten glasses of water a day as prescribed by my doctor.

Because of me being such a big boy, I walk around with a gallon jug with me. I used to drink one of these things, but at school, I usually finish it during class, so I now have to refill it before I catch a bus. It is cheaper to buy a gallon as opposed to a bottle of water (the last bottle water I had, I drunk it in two gulps). I hear it a lot when people ask me if I was going to drink all of that water, but by the time they ask, it is the second jug. People assume that I am a football player or a weightlifter because of my size and muscles. Everywhere I go, I carry a gallon with me, but I normally carry 2 waters and 2 milks (I also drink milk by the gallon) in my backpack. I usually hold on to the jug to refill it when I get home, but after a while, it would have to be replaced. The recycling facility I go to sometimes have a field day with me from all of the empty jugs that I takedown there. I can't do anything about the milk, but I am on this quest to find a 1 gallon water bottle or larger.

Thanks. I have been getting teased about consuming so much water because some neighborhoods are under water restrictions, and they blame me for it. They pick on me since I am the big boy, and they know that I need that much to stay hydrated.

I will definitely bring my own water whenever I go out, with the hot whether here, I need a lot of water to replenish my thirsty. And also just to avoid to get infected with don't know what diseases that we will get from the water out there. So, bring our own water is the best way to avoid all the unnecessary diseases. And to save the earth by not buying more mineral water!

Yeah, why not. I think that is a good idea to bring a bottle of water with me outside since most of the time I am under the sun. I will do that and will stop buying it from somewhere because sometimes it is hard to find a kiosk that sells water.

I always bring my own bottle of water when I go out. This especially true during the times of hot weather. It's always important to stay hydrated for good health no matter where one is.

Water is the best thirst quencher when you are participating in an outdoor activity. You can get dehydrated quickly without the replenishment of water. I will only take water with me if i know I won't have access to water while I am out. Water can be a lifesaver.

I usually don't but my mom does. But the problem is when it's hot out and then your cold water becomes hot water.
