Daily early in the morning before 1 hr of sunrise or late evening when your stomach is empty or at least u have not eaten any thing for the last 3 hrs select a place and fix time permanently in your house where no one can disturb u sit on the ground in any easy pasture close your eyes start imaging that blue rays of light from sky are coming thru your head to your whole body. keep concentrating not by force after some days your concentration will fix on this imagination you will really feel that rain of blue lights are falling on you. In the beginning you will have some difficulty on concentration you mind will run here and there like uncontrolled horse but don't worry after some days you will control this horse (your thoughts). keep writing me and tell me about your daily experience. I will guide u every day.

Thank you Hatley. I have never been so shocked in all my life. I am waiting now for test results and then I will have to make a decision whether to have the bypass surgery or live the way I am.........which on the edge of another heart attack at any given second. These stents only lasted 15 months or less. I feel pretty good but the first shock of he drs words really did me in. I will see a heart surgeon on the 7th and then I will go from there.
