Are you the one to have your food at a particular time or not?I am not the one to take my food at a particular time as I will be busy with my work.I like to have time to time food because of health reasons but unable to because of the workload.I have seen some people taking their food time to time whether they have work or not. What about you?

hi krupesh yes i eat breakfast at 7 am and lu nch at 11 am then dinner at 4 pm. I am living in a retirement center and we eat in a central dinning room. it is better health wise to always eat at the same times and make yourself eat at those times.

Hiya krupesh, If you have such a heavy work load then you must feel out of sorts some times trying to get everything done in order to find time for yourself and sit down and have a little rest and then eat your Dinner. Must be really hard for you if that´s the way you have to work. I take it that is the problem from the way you write it. A lot of People skip Breakfast as they feel they don´t have time yet the very thing they do need is Breakfast at least to keep healthy. I eat fresh things all I can and apples to bridge between one Meal and another. I find those Snack Bars way too sugary and I don´t like there taste anymore. If not I will make an infusion of mint or chamomile tea with aniseed to fill in the hunger gap until I can get to sit down and eat properly maybe not at the right time but at more or less around that time. If you eat lettuce and tomato with no oil or vinegar on it this will help you digest your Food much better also if you have those kind of problems "hurried meals".

i too take my food time to time...except if the routine is disturbed..or i have to go out somewhere..or any other important reason than the meals to miss it....i always try to eat well before going to bed...becoz...eating and sleeping may cause vomiting...and other indigestion problems...

I have never been the kind of person that takes all of meals at specific times. Instead, I've found that it works best for me to eat small meals whenever I'm hungry. This works better because I'm not taking large meals and in the long run it means that I am eating less than I would eat if I was taking three larger meals in the course of a day. I started this habit when I was working but I've carried it with me even though I am a stay at home mother now.

It is important to eat, so that you are healthy and you can think clearly. Taking a break to eat usually makes you work more efficiently when you are done.

Hi krupesh, I usually try to take my daily three meals according to the usual times which are approximately the same respectively. Breakfast time is usually in between eight forty five to ten. I have my lunch at around one to half past two in the afternoon. I would like to take some fruits right before having a short siesta at five thirty or so. Yeah, due to the sake of health it's nice to take our essential three meal in fixed time so that our digestive system could perform its regular function properly Sometimes we could hardly eat on time owing to certain unexpected matter, like riding on long journey public transport, too busy with our task, etc. If we could it would be better to have some desserts or snacks or a glass of milk to allay our hunger when it's meal time. This would avoid from getting stomach problem Happy posting

What do you mean taking food, you mean eating food at a particular time? if that so, I am doing it too, however, sometimes I forgot to eat on time. When the clock strike at 11am I need to eat lunch and when it is 3pm I need to have a break for snack or coffee time rather. As much as possible I avoid passing time with food as it cause acidity on my stomach and it is not advisable because our body needs a strenght the boost us to our performance so we need to eat food, and not only food, food with nutrients is necessary.

I do eat the same time each day if I can. My body works a lot better if I do this.

Yes, it is advisable to have proper meal at proper time. However, due to our demanding work load and time constraint, we at times need to complete our task, meetings before can go off for our meal. It is okay if this happens once in a while. It is bad if this condition is prolonged. Therefore, it is advisable if we can get some nutritional bar/biscuits with us to munch in case we are hungry during our 'overtime' at workplace. Health is wealth ...
