Update 2: The Fight Will Soon Be Over

Finally, we've got the GOOD NEWS. Together with Ms. Cheryl Cosim and the program crew, we met with the hospital administrators and finally, finally, we heard it from their own words, the hospital will provide it for free. We will just have to wait for their advise if they already scheduled the tests and surgery within this week. More update in the following days. God Bless. And thank you all for the prayers.

Oh, Neil, I'm SO HAPPY for you, your wife and, of course, Zayzay!!! What wonderful news!!! I know what a relief this is for you. All the stress and worry can now be thrown in the garbage.
I haven't received all the bills from my surgery yet but the hospital bill alone is $8,160.00. The doctor's fee will most likely not be much less than that. Then, there are the other, smaller bills to come, like the anesthesiologist's fee, etc. My surgery will be well over $10,000.00. Luckily, I have private medical insurance plus Medicare. The Medicare I have only covers the hospital bills, though. Even with these insurance policies, I will still end up paying quite a lot out-of-pocket because neither one of them pays 100%.
I hope you all have a smooth flight and the surgery goes as smoothly and successfully. Give Zayzay another hug from Auntie Marti.

THIS IS JUST WONDERFUL. i knew it would get well, that's one good thing about the media. most specially if media personalities such as Ms. Cheryl and the crew does the negotiations. it seemed that GOD has answered your call. i can't believe it, but am happy for you! this is good news. it makes me think, that there's hope in the world.

Wow, you are so blessed! I am happy with this one, atleast there is an assurance now and for sure you can breathe easily as the hospital will provide it all. I am happy with the news. Is this for TV5? I still continue to pray. It will be more fun and happy when your son is heal.

I am really happy for you my friend. God has ways of answering prayers and you obviously just got yours. I pray the surgery will be successful so that the agony you've been suffering regarding his condition will finally get resolved. All the best for your son! Wow! That is good news. Glad you finally have heard it from their mouths. That must be such a relief for you. Ms.Cosim must have been a good program director and did a good job it sounds like. I bet you will be glad to have all of this behing you and have a healthy child.

You are a good example of what a dedicated and determined person can do. You went enough places and got enough attention that this will soon be over for you.
