Bouncy Curls or Silky Straight Hair?

They say the hair is a woman's crowning glory. They also say "beauty is in the eye of the beholder." Each one of us has his/her own preference. Some ladies with straight hair want to have their hair curled and permed while ladies with curly hair would spend a lot in salons just to have their hair straighten. How about you? If you are a lady, would you prefer to sport bouncy curls or silky straight hair? How about you guys? Do you have preference? Do you like women with bouncy curls or women with silky straight hair? I like silky straight hair but if I had to choose to perm my hair as one I would have bouncy loose curls because I wouldnt need to do anything to it when I wake up except comb it.

I naturally have a silky straight hair. Once, I tried having my hair curled and I liked it. Though after several weeks, I started missing my hassle-free straight hair. So I had it cut and the curls were gone. I think its ok either way. But sometimes, you just have to be contented on what you have.

I wish that I could have curls, but my hair doesn't curl. No literally, my hair will not curl at all. I have tried everything to get my hair to curl up, and it won't. One time the hair dresser had to give me my money back because my hair wouldn't perm.

I love my hair the way it is! Hehehehehehe! It's curly,color black and when the sun shines on it... it became chestnut brown.
In some occasions I use only blower to make it straight... I really love my hair, but when its summer I really have a hard time to make it look neat,,,hehehehehe!

I have naturally thick, wavy and slightly curly hair. Oftentimes, it has become so unmanageable. A slight whiff of the wind, my hair is in shambles! That's why I opt for silky straight hair because it's easier to manage and maintain. So when hair rebonding or relaxing became in vogue, I would regularly get these hair treatments so that I could easily tame my hair.

hahah this is funny. well, iam a natural straight haired girl, but usually, id prefer having curls. i guess thats normal since i have straght hair, so if ever i have curly hair, id probably opt for straight right?
your post just made me smile, coz my mother would always tell me that im insane coz everyones is having there hair straight while here i am, wanting my hair curled.. ^^

I've always wanted to have a silky straight hair. My hair is thick and wavy, so I am having a hard time to tame it when it needs. I need to use blower to tame my hair but I can't afford to do that everyday! I envy girls who have beautiful hair.

As a guy I always prefer women with straight long hair. But I don't mind women with curly hair either. The important thing is for them to be neat and tidy because women with disheveled hair gross me out.

I have long wavy hair. At first I've always wanted to have a straight hair instead. But later on I realized that instead of wanting what I don't have, all I have to do is utilize what I have and just improve it to its full potential. So right now I take really good care of my hair and just let my hair be wavy.

hi(emgee595),i have a black silky straight hair.for me i love my hair being straight sometimes i liket curly.i make it curl sometimes just for the day.for me straigt hair is the best!but it also depends on your look or beauty,everyone have different beauty.GOD gave some lady a curly hair because it's fit on her face,or beauty.HE gave straight hair to other lady because it fits on her.it depends on our look if which one fits on us,curly or straight.

Hello Emgee. I have "dark" blonde streight hair, but i've allways dream to have curly hair of course..I have been to a saloon to make it curly, but unfortunately the treatment was very bad for the hair. Almost 3-4 years after that the hair didnt recover: was in a bad condition, could not make it pretty and the curls were gone after 3 weeks (and it suposed tobe a permanent). So i had to make my head bold..Now i have 25 cm long hair and i keep it natural: no paint, no treatments. Only washing it! I even dry it naturaly and i'm very proud of it at the moment..
