Do your kids still sleep like this even when they are not newborn babies?

My kids have slept like this when they were not a baby at all. I would come and check on them while they are in the bedroom, and they are humped over in this position that is on this picture. It looks so cute. My daughter at the aged of four and five does not sleep like this anymore. Just my youngest daughter may be hunched over from time to time like this. I have seen this sleeping position from birth up until the age of three.

I'm sure that's not odd, at all.
It sounds very cute.
And, actually it might just be a throwback
to being in the womb when the baby is
all tucked up with legs up near face
and feeling very comforted and warm.
I'm sure it's just a reassuring position.
Every child and baby has their favorite
sleep position.
My daughter doesn't have a fave sleep position.
She doesn't even go to sleep unless exhausted.
It takes a very long day of play to
make her feel like sleeping and then she
finally relents and goes to sleep in the
spot where she is, even in a chair.

My daughter never slept this way but my son did. It was so cute. I never put my kids to sleep on their bellies but when they were old enough to roll over my son adopted this position. His was more then this he didnt just sleep with his body over his feet he somehow slept while holding his rear up in the air. I have pictures of him in his crib sleeping like this.

My daughter has an 8 month old baby who I keep every day. He is still sleeping like that, but not all the time. He sleeps on his back alot also. We hold him most of the time and rock him until he falls asleep and then lay him on his back to start out, but he usually automatically turns to his left side for awhile. I just love that little sweetie so much!

I can't say I've seen my kids sleep like this. They always move around in bed, sometimes kicking, but I've never seen them hunched over like this.
But I did try sleeping like this once. Maybe I was just so sleepy, but I did find myself dozing off.
I must have looked weird!

My grandson is on mood disorder medications. He falls asleep sometimes in the funniest positions. I feel sort of sorry for him sometimes but if you desturb him he wakes up and may not go back to sleep. We are all on medication for one thing or another so once we fall asleep it is hard to get us up again.
