I have plans of buying a new wardrobe with money I make online. It might take me awhile so I am also thinking of selling some of my stuff. I've already looked online at things I want, and so all I need to do is plan out what I want and what I need... and then figure out what I will get first. Anyone else doing a whole new you this new year?

My life has changed. I realized what I had known all along. That I am a care giver and my family is what I live for. No man in my life and I have realized that that is okay. I have recieved afew clothes from my granddaugher's mother-in-law and I hope to wear them this Spring. Have fun with your shopping.

It's always a great feeling to know who you are. Me I am ever changing and It's fine by me. I'd like clothes to reflect who I am. I love getting handmedowns!

I would think small town consignment shops might have some of the clothes from the 60's but I wouldn't say for sure. Of course ebay might have some or other online sites! Good Luck!

I enjoy handmedowns. I would love to find the place where all the hippy clothes are hidden. Just having something different is nice. I liked the bellbottoms,Peter Max, head bands, naru jackets and colors of the 60's. And now days the most outlandish seems to be okay.

Yes it is, I've applied to places with no luck. If I can't find something soon I'm not sure what I'll do. I can get my license this year in November but I need to get a job NOW so that I can save up for the insurance and car.

I will have to buy like that until I can get enough money saved up but I got a lot of things to save for this year and I really hope I can find a job.

I thought I was going to, but right now I have a sick cat and a very anxious daughter to take care of. :-(

Yeah it sounds like you've got your hands full right now so no time to do anything like being a new you. Is the cat going to be okay? I read your daughter had stomach meds for her anxiety?

Don't know about the cat yet, but he's eating. And yes, she's on stomach meds.

Yes, I will be a new "me" this year as well. I am growing my bangs out. What?! I have had bangs since I was 14 years old...which was the last time I had long, straight hair. I am also going to dye my hair blond! Yes, it's true! They say blonds have more fun, so I am going to see how true this is. I am also going to buy myself some new clothes this year, without worrying what's on the price tag.

Well good Luck have fun finding out if blondes really do have more fun. I don't blame you for just buying a few things for yourself without worrying about the price tag, that's the best way to be sometimes.

Unfortunately, even with the new year, it is still the old me. I am attempting at getting healthy again. I say attempt because I did the same thing last year and I failed. Anyway, good on you on getting a new wardrobe. Hope you're successful!

Good Luck with your goal! Research online for little things you can do each day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, and try to drink protein drinks etc for a boost.

Changes in my life have motivated me, just little and big things alike to be honest. I'm going to be who I want to be, my wardrobe will be mixed to reflect my changing moods and I'm excited about going shopping for the clothes. I've already traded with a friend for some clothes, and I want to get some money so that I can buy more. Thanks! Glad that you're okay with the old you, I'm okay with the old me too but there are new / old things that I'd like to reflect through my style.

Right now we need all of my earnings to just pay the bills. I have to lose weight and then I have a ton of clothes. I may be looking for work, or I may be making some money otherwise. Things have got to turn around in the new year.
