Sometimes I use to think what could happen if I were not born. Have you ever thought so? If yes, then share it with us in this forum of mylot.com what could happen if you were not born.

I've actually never thought about what things might be like if I had never been born. I think the reason for that is because of the fact that I am and there is no reason that I should ever question my being. I think that it would be against the beliefs that I have if I would take the time to think about what things might be like had I never been born. I just know that my family wouldn't exist if I had not been born.

If I were not born, my other siblings would not be there as well because I'm the second from eldest. LOL. Seriously, I will regret not seeing the God's creation. Life of my friends would be different without my presence. We're born unique, and our uniqueness always makes a difference.

Dear friend, I have never though of it until I read this topic, any I do not feel anything special, may be my soul would be wandering here or kept idle somewhere. May be my soul would have been somewhere waiting for a body to get in. I would be in a waiting list........

This is weird I was just saying today that if my dad had not been in the Navy and stationed in Puerto Rico he would have never met my mom and I wouldn't be here today. However, if I was not born I would now not have my beautiful daughters or my beautiful granddaughter. So for this I'm so grateful to have been born.

If I had not been born nothing would have happened. On the other hand the over populated India would have been less by one person. My enemies would have been happy. My friends would not mind missing me.If I had not been born I would not have produced four childre who are now sixteen in Indian popultion.Like that there would have been more benefits than losses if I had not been born...

I used to think if I weren't born , everything would have been the same. But now I see that my work would be backed up and my guy would be so lonely. So It's A Wonderful Life, lol!

hi doctordidi I think if I had not been born my dad would have been thrilled as he once said when I was 12 I wish you had never been born. later he apologized claiming he had not had enough sleep a lame apology given that what made him made was my explaining that the nose drops he had made and given us for colds burned our noses and throats, and that was the truth. he made them from pure pine oil and the next year the american medical profession banned that as causing pine oil pneumonis if a child got that in his or her lungs. My younger sister had been screaming in pain and he was angry with her so I had told him that the stuff really hurt our noses and throats. he was an old time doctor in a small town and this was back in the early 1930s. there was a lot doctors did not learn or were not taught at that time. My mom would have been very sqd as my younger sister her only other child was badly retarded.I was very close to my mom. My dad really did not care a whole lot for me and I just stayed away from him as he had a horrible temper.

When I was much younger I had a thought or two about such things. Now with a daughter and all I don't focus on such things anymore. When I was real young I used to wonder what would have happened if I was a boy. I happened to find a letter in one of my grandma's drawers from my mom saying she hopeed to have a son and she would name him Paul.

I have never really thought about this. The first thing that enters my mind is my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren would not be who they are. I am so proud of the people they are that I feel that would be a great loss to the world.

I guess my folks would walk around wondering about having another kid. I've taken about ten minutes to think about it, and can't think up any interesting scenarios. I guess I should remember to ask my mom what things were like before they had me. I don't think I've ever had that conversation with either of them.

Hi. I am the middle child in the brood of three. My sister is the most favorite while my brother is the pet of our parents. They said the when I was conceived they were hoping and wanting for a boy but it turned out that I wasn't what they were hoping for.:( My parents took care of me very well, and there was a time when I get to think that if I wasn't born my parents could have been millionaires by now. Why not? It isn't easy to 'maintain' me. i was sickly as a child and my father worked so hard to send me to good schools ,even sent me to reputable school in Manila during college, made me live comfortably while studying, giving me my needs of decent place to live, clothes, allowances and everything. Something I am so grateful for my parents despite of the fact that I wasn't expected in the family.:)

I used to think, that way and sometimes it occured to me that I am not what I am, What is that identified me as me which is philosophical and it makes me wonder, whether I am really who I am. May I am what conditioned me to think who I am and may I am a different person.

I'm the oldest of 7 and I always tease my younger siblings telling them that after my parents had me they noticed how perfect I was and tried 6 more times to get another child as perfect as me before they just gave up. Haha. So, if I was never born they would never had that model of perfection to try to recreate! Just joking.

I was the youngest and my mother told me quite plainly that I wasn't planned! Wasn't supposed to be here. So I just make the most of life!
