Common sense

I think common sense is the first sense automatically come ot mind. I am not talking about conscience, but common sense that help us to do things properly and in manners that is accept and good for ourselves and the others around us.

I agree. And this is why there are announcements to tell people to watch their children. And there are so many common sense laws.

Dear friend, I feel it is something that do not need any qualification, but sense that is known how to use it and when to use it is most needed. Moreover I feel a school boy could overcome a genius with just common sense.

I certainly do! I am finding this fact so prevelent in people today. And the further you go up the scphicter(pun intended) scale of uncommon people the more you find this to be true. For instance ex-presidents Bush and Nixon. You've heard the phrase 'Common sense ain't so common'.....!

As I was reaching my fiftys I found more and more people with not a bit of common sense and its very scary. I don't understand how people get through life without it and actually survive. Its like they are clueless and I wonder how they got so far in their lives without any. Also I wonder if they realize that they don't have it or they don't even know what it is. Wouldn't that be even more scary.

No I don't think it's rare, I think most people have it, it's just the basic sense like looking both ways before you cross the road, turning off the heating unit when you are through, protecting your self and your kids. Etc. etc.

Everyone has common sense. It is just so many people don't use it! If more people would use common sense there would be less stupid things done! Unfortunely there are tons of stupid people out there that have common sense but are to stupid to use it!

Common sense is realizing how you truly think and feel. It is to "know" something without question. There are those who like to test the odds though, and in the end everyone ends up losing.

I don't know. Some people say that is common sense. Maybe that is common sense to particular people, but that doesn't apply to other people though. So, it has wide meaning to different situations. That really depends.

Common sense? Well, it is not a rare sense but everyone is using it without their notice. For a simple example, do you use fork & spoon to eat? Yes, right? Or some of the culture they use hand to eat. That is kind of common sense, if someone do not have common sense, he probably will use other things to take his food. So, it is not rare but just that you did not realize it existence.

We all have common sense but some people won't follow them. Mostly, their reasons are because, they just don't feel like following it. Weird, but sometimes, people would rather rely on luck that common sense.
