and do you think you are a good cook? I cook a roast with vegetables that I get soaring reviews on. It has to do with the herbs and spices I use in my cooking. I also cook a pork roast with lavender and rosemary that is mouth watering. I like to use garlic and pepper alot too in my cooking. If you use too much it can be horrible. Also love my salmon and mustard sauce. Yum! What do you cook and what is your specialty?

Just like cooking is your specialty, my specialty is in eating. I can eat a lot until I burst out and die. Moreover I can eat without growing obese. But of course I have to do regular exercise, walking and stuffs. You cook, I eat and the world goes round. There was a time when I did not have any interest in cooking. But now I think that I should learn to cook because the way my hunger is growing each day it is going to be a severe burden to cook for me in near future. So I will learn cooking just not to starve myself. My mom is a great cook. She specializes in meat. However she also prepare purely veg dishes that taste superb. I will soon learn cooking from my mother. I had a talk with my mother about this and she agreed.

Unfair huh? I love meat, fish and almost everything that swims on water and walks on earth. But I am not an ogre okay? Otherwise, I wouldn't need a PayPal account.

I love to cook when my health allows me to. I love cooking all sorts of meals. Being in the kitchen is one of my ideal ways of spending my time. I make all kinds of dishes and don't really have a special dish, there are just too many I like to make.

Hiya celticangle , hope you are doing fine. It looks like you are a pretty good cook. I can't cook that well but I love trying out things in the kitchen. Just the other day , I tried making dices of chicken meat in garlic. I love garlic and onions , but like you said , not too much. I love going vegetarian too at times. I'm trying to get my friend to make me some delicious pastries. She makes some real good ones so I may have to ask her for a special request. I also love barbeque meat dip in sauce , so yummy.

I'm great with pasta dishes. I get a lot of praises even if it's simple spaghetti bolognese. My technique is to add fresh tomatoes to my sauce. I also like to bake and I have never failed at any of my baked goodies. I just don't have a sweet tooth that's why I don't bake that often. But when there are family gatherings, I make a pasta dish and bake a cake to bring over.

I made a great spaghetti dinner for a band that came into town that my friends and I knew. It was supposed to be my two friends and I making it but they had to work so I was left doing it all. The band praised and i added fresh tomatoes to the sauce too. It was so tasty. I added olives and mushrooms to the sauce and romano cheese. Yum!

People say I'm a good cook, though sometimes I'd rather not be... especially when everybody comes around for dinner and I'm the only one involved in the preparation phase. I guess I became specialized in soups - I'm going to make mushroom cream today, for instance, but my signature is probably borscht, the Ukrainian sour soup recipe. I like it because I can make about 30 variations of it, nobody gets bored, and can be re-heated for a whole week... one course out of the way, more time for me

Preparing it all by yourself can be lame. Borsht, huh? I don't think I have ever had it. I like soups and make some good ones. Mushroom cream sounds wonderful!

Hello celticeagle, I like cooking but i love most the eating. My father was once a chief cook but in the house he was our chef. Though we all love to cook as much as eating but we all stay lean. This is the best thing why i became a voracious eater. Hehe. I love making experiments in the kitchen like innovating viand. I prefer fish than meat and i love preparing our native fish dish with lots of onions, garlic and green long chili, native coconut vinegar, bitter melon and egg plant plus a lil vege oil plus the salt and a lil seasoning. I also love hot appetizer called "palapa".

That roast pork with lavender sounds great! I started cooking when I was ten so I'm getting to be pretty good at it by now :) My specialty is that I developed my own kind of fusion cooking. My winner at dinner parties is my soufflé--made with "found" ingredients, most of the time.

hi celtic I make the best spaghetti ever as I start out with Bartollis whole grain spaghetti with added protein and omega oils and cook al dente then use bartollis sauce only I make it my hatley version with garlic and basil, oregano and thyme too and heat up mama mias frozen Italian meat balls and this is one delicious dinner even my picky adult son said it was good. I am also good with beef stew as I simmer everything till the beef is fork tender and full of herbs and spices. my husand who was a cook by trade taught me how to make his superb beef stew uou must brown the met first really well then cook with lots of onion carrots, green peppers and its so good.

Well, I don't I really am a good cook. Only that many people loved my dishes. I love pasta a lot so it is something I can consider my specialty. I make some innovations in the regular recipe for spaghetti. The most loved pasta I prepared was my Penny Pasta with mushroom. Everybody says it is delicious. Some have asked me of the recipe. They did try to make the same but they just can't get the same taste as mine. Therefore, I consider that as my specialty.
