Did you receive any notifications about deleted discussions? That is a common cause of that happening. You might check on that.

hi statia forgive me barging in. but yes reading the gu idelines and questions and answers really well help you so much both in making your own discussions so they will not be deleted but also if you know the rules of discussions you can read discussions and check whether or not
this discussions breaks a rule. if you think it does then you can avoid losing money on your response by not responding
to ones that look like
they broke a rule. lots of times if you see a discussion thats been posted for hours with no responses yoy may see it has broken one of mylot's rules.,so just by pass those and you willnot have so m any posts deleted from your post count.

It only means one thing, some of your posts have been deleted. It could be your response or the topic you have started. Usually the deletion is because those posts have violated certain Mylot guidelines and must be deleted.
You should have received a notification in your email stating if such deletion happened. If not,then may be your eyes are playing tricks on you, perhaps.

probbaly because some discussions you strted or where you wrote responses were deleted and so even the post counts fewer than the last day...it happens..

Hello staria. Don't be disappointed because there are post that you created being deleted due to rules violation...that is why your post being lessen to 186. That is also deducted from your earnings and also to my earnings because I commented on it...

The reason for the decrease of posts is either your discussion or comments to other members discussion have been deleted. Read Mylot guidelines and find the reasons why a certain discussion is deleted. That is something you have to avoid. Good Luck!

Definitely because some posts are deleted from mylot. But according to my experiences, you will get an email when one of your post or response is deleted. Have you got them?
And if it is the real reason, then 14 is a big number to be deleted. So you should be very careful to not discuss what is not permitted here. Make a mistake is ok, the important thing is to learn from the lessons and not make the same mistakes any more.

Yeah, I finally learned my lesson. I got them but find out about it after I started this discussion, I do not frequently check my emails that's why. I just hope that they'll give more detailed reason on why our discussions were deleted, it'll be more helpful, imo.

Hiya staria,
Does happen a lot so I take my time all I can to try and see what might get deleted even though it might not seem like it could get deleted.
If that happens don´t worry there are many many other responses that don´t so don´t worry too much about it.
In time you will get to realize which ones will get deleted and which other ones probably won´t.

You will get the knack of it soon the know how that is. Well I think we all still fall into those traps every so often too.
No I can´t think why a lot of these are deleted either sometimes but then I go back and look at them again and often see the reason.
So every time my responses get deleted I have learned something new which I would never have thought of really my myself.

Hi there staria!!!
The possible reason behind this is that some of your posts or some of the discussions where you responded where deleted by mylot due to violation of mylot terms.If mylot deleted your posts your posts count and also your earnings will be deducted.I think the best way to avoid this is to read the guidelines again and be careful in the things that you are posting in the discussion.
This also happened to me may times.Before I don't know the reason why some of my discussions where deleted then I finally learn the reason by asking some of the fellow mylotters.I finally realized that it really pays to read the guidelines before posting discussions.Now I seldom experience this kind of thing here in mylot I guess I already learn.

Maybe some were deleted due to them being against the guidelines. Check your emails you usually get a notification if a post has been deleted.

Its also often happened with me, i also count my post and the number is decreased so i checked my mail and some post are deleted.

Make sure you have notifications turned on and open anything sent to you by MyLot. If a discussion or a response has been deleted they will send you an e mail telling you about it and the reason. I will tell you right now even though I am responding, I expect this "discussion" to get deleted because it is not a discussion, and if you have an issue with MyLot you are not supposed to post it as a discussion but are to use the "contact us" tab at the bottom of the page. I did not respond to many of the discussions you posted because they were against guidelines. Be sure to read the guidelines and the frequently asked questions, also at the bottom of your page.

Hi, thanks for responding. I suppose this discussion, they skipped it. It wasnt deleted. Well, anyway I now know what to respond to and what discussions to start, though there are still comments that are deleted from time to time, but not in a high volume anymore.
I also tried to contact them one time I post a dispute over one of my discussion and lucky me didnt get any answer from them.

In acord with FAQ on this program you can not use some words or expression which are no necessary to use like thanks,hi... in just a simple sentence.
