How to lose weight with out exercise?

I am limited to exercise because my parent do not let me out of the house. I just want diet that can help me lose weight. I don't care what it takes. I want to lose the weight. Please , no " it is impossible" answers. I want to lose weight desperately because I want to look attractive. Do you have any suggestion?

Okay, yes you can lose weight without exercise, but here is what will happen. You would have to eat and drink very little. The unfortunate side effect is that you will lose a lot of muscle and water. You will be lighter, but you will have a high percentage of body fat even though you are light. I don't know how your body works, but when a lot of people try to lose weight without exercise, the results are often less than desired. However you go about this is okay, as long as you are satisfied with the results.

hello friend! i am so much fatty and also lazy for exercise.you can do diet and do not sleep more.if you do not have enough time for go outside from house then you can dance in your house 1houre par day.it is a big exercise also very easy to do.try it you will see the result any soon.and of-course do diet.best of luck thanks a lot.

Drink a lot of water and don't eat to much specially at night time because there's only less effort to be done, this is most effective to those people whose metabolism is low. Also you need to do proper exercise everyday even about 30 minutes. Eat many pumpkins because it consists of fiber and also eat 3 bananas in a day, it will help you to digest all the foods that you eat.

Well everyone has the ideal weight management. Therefore it deals on how fat we are, our body condition and the daily amount of carbo needed to loose weight. I am fat but not that very fat. I weigh 58 kilograms. I desperately want to loose weight. I want to weigh at least 48 or 5o. But it's very hard for me. I want to loose wight!!! but I don't usually exercise. However, now... I'm doing exercise inside my room/// as I watch exercises on TV. It helps..!!!

Eat every 3 hours. Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks in between. By eating every 3 hours you are speeding up your metabolism and therefore you to loose a good 1-2 pounds a week. At first it may seem like you're not getting anywhere but give it some time you'll see some improvement. Remember the minute don't wait no more than an hour to eat breakfast, don't skip any meals and please look at the time you ate.

Look since u can't exercise it might be a bit slow to lose weight because this is how it works ,if ur body needs 2000 calories a day and u eat 1000 calories a day ,ur body will burn a 1000 calorie. You need to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound , a 7700 to lose a kilo. U can do the 1000 calorie diet for no more than two weeks because then ur body will go to starvation mode, so I recommend the healthy way- try to eat food that will give you energy with low calories like vegetables, fruits ,eggs ,low fat milk, low fat yoghurt etc. U should eat less saturated fat and more fibre as fibre will fill u up and get rid of the waste in ur body ,u can the check the labels for that. I'll give an example of how ur might be- breakfast- low fat yoghurt , a banana and one whole grain toast - total of233 calories Lunch-a caesar salad 1/4 a chicken lettuce as much as u want and 2 tablespoons of low fat mayo a total of about 400 calories Dinner a sandwich -low fat turkey ,whole grain bread or toast ,lettuce - a total of 200-250 calories ..u can have a snack twice day like doing a smoothie or high fibre bars as long as they are under 200 calories . When shopping for food dnt let the"low calorie " grape ur attention but buy the high in fibre food. And finally exercising - jst take any chance to mauve like use the stairs instead of the lift , walk when ur on the phone , dqnce when u can ,invite some friends over and dance etc and Youll def lose weight , Hope I helped :)

It would be possible to lose weight without exercising but the result is not good. You wouldn't look as radiant as you want to be. Your skin would sag as well and instead of looking young you might look old. I have a friend who have done that. He didn't follow any strict fad diet and didn't do any exercise. What he did was he ate proportionally. He counted calories, literally I mean. He memorized and listed down all the number of calories for each single food that he put in his mouth. He knows the number of calories from 1 cup of rice, meat per oz, to a single candy. He was very successful to what he did because he became a little obsessed with calorie counting. He lost 180lbs or more. However, he doesn't look young at all. His skin shrank and became dry. You do not have to go out of your house to exercise. in fact, you do not have to go out of your room to exercise. To lose weight the secret there is not the diet but rather it is the discipline that you instill in yourself. Don't make your "mom not letting you out of the house" as an excuse to lose weight or to exercise. I am also an overweight, and I had been struggling with my weight for so long. I tried to go on diet but it doesn't work for me so i have decided to exercise. I have discovered to myself that it is easier to exercise than to go on a diet. Another benefit of exercise is to improve your metabolism.

You can exercise in the house. Look for "8 minute" in Youtube. There are a lot of exercises that are really effective.

Well, I think the best thing diet you could have is a vegetarian diet. try to avoid too much white carbs, sweets and meat. Fatty foods are also a big no-no. You can drink all natural fruits and tea also helps in losing some weight. Since you're just at home, maybe you can actually do some squats or push-ups, and even a few crunches in the comfort of your own room. Hope this helps.

If anyone tells you that it is possible to lose weight only by restraining yourself from foods, they lie to you. Diet is not enough to make your body eliminate the surplus of weight. Exercising will complete your efforts and will make you lose some weight. So the key is Diet and Exercise. Too bad that your parents don't let you out of the house, maybe one of them will join you for half an hour when you go out to exercise. Of course there are plenty of exercises that you can make inside, but I think it is better to exercise outside, while breathing the fresh air. I saw a commercial on TV this morning, it was about some sport shoes (kangoo jumps) that may help you lose weight while exercising inside and have fun in the same time. If you eat vegetables, beans, rice, potatoes, nuts and drink at least 1/2 gallon a water every day, you will lose weight. Avoid eating fruit, because of the fructose sugar, which stop the body from burning fat. Aslo only eat one slice of bread per day. If you have the ability to walk, and stand, then you can stand on one spot on the floor and keep on walking for at least 3 minutes at a time. You can lift your knees high, you can walk in a faster pace alternating it while swining your arms up and down at your sides. Hopefully in about 6-8 weeks you should have lost 4-10 pounds.

-drink green or black tea(there good for your digestion),about 3 cups a day -eat as much green salad as you want(or radish) -dont eat pork or beef,eat chicken instead,its much ligther and has less fat -eat more vegetables and fruits -dont eat too much milk products this way i lost about 1.5kg in 2 weeks but,if you excercise just a little tiny bit every day(evening or morning) or atleast stretch out,trust me,you would loose so much more

Hello Friend, I had similar issues. I thought cutting on my fat will be impossible but when I started with my cycling regularly I have started to lose weight and I feel very good about it. Since you don't go out, you can do few simple exrecie at home and diet plan. Go for green, leafy, fresh veg and lots of fruit. Minimize excess animal fat intake. Cut out late night eating, do not eat 2 hrs of your bedtime, drink lots of water and cut down on sugary sodas, if you cannot with soda's then go for the diet versions. Try simple exercise at home and you can do Yoga, which will be a great help. There are lots of CD's and DVD's available which will take you through the yoga process. Remember you have to do it regularly to see the results and trust me once u see the results you will get addicted to the habit of losing weight :-)

so you should have some diet plan and you have too keep control on your food eatings and dont eat stuff like which increases your fats what all is your diet and you tell me how much you eat and what all you eat in whole day??

Do you mean that your parents don't let you take a walk? If you can't get outside for long walks, perhaps you can get a jump rope and use it in the yard. I don't know what your living situation is, but there are things you can do to exercise. Try sit ups, running in place, jumping jacks or any of the other activities that you used to do when in grade school for exercise. As far as diet, what do you eat right now? You want to eat a healthy variety of foods, just not too much of them. Anything is possible. You just have to make it happen. Good luck!

Drink water before you eat. That will keep you stomach full even before you munch something. Then, will yourself to eat fruits first, then veggies, then the other viands. Don't skip a meal. That will only make you crave for more food. Keep moving even if you are just watching television...

Loosing weight means a life time of healthier eating and full change in eating habits. You can loose weight by eating healthier but can you later maintain keeping it off. Exercise does not have to be vigorous but you should get some in. I exercise 5 days a week at home and you will be amazed how fast those minutes go. I have been slim for a long time and am able to eat 3 - 4 times a day. Drink lots of water in place of juices and colas. Best of luck to you.

Exercise is needed to maintain our health. With regards to your problem of having limited chance to exercise, you don't have to go to the gym to have your body worked out. At home, you can set a certain hour to do exercise. There are a lot of videos out there if you want a more systematic routine.

hi, first of all, do not eat after 7:00 pm. then drink "olelim nigellae sativae with water(mix them)" on an empty stomach. And you have to be patient. good luck.
