cagdasgun Actually approximately %20 of population can speak English. But for the new generation, %60 of them can speak. So younger people are more interested to learn English.

cagdasgun Do not open any spam e-mails. Do not give your e-mail address to untrusted websites. And yes they make money with spam e-mails but if people open them. If you delete all spam e-mails do not afraid then they will not send more spams.
