for some reason. So takes tons of blood from me. Reminds me of when women had anemia and they put leaches on them. I asked for and got something to drink because I was worried about the fact that I was thristy.

You know, I hate that..I mean I know we are not suppose to play doctor and tell our physician what is wrong, but if we suspect something, I think the doctor should at least look into it..

They're looking into it, alright, do most tests and see me next month. Do more tests and see me next month. Jan, Feb, and now I have appts for March. See a pattern here? Do they think I'm stupid?

It's NOT my kidneys, it's my bladder, so they've decided it isn't serious, put me on the back burner and . . . read the ones around you that I've answered. It's just nuts!

Yow, Writers! You can't be sick--that's my thing this week! What are you trying to do--steal my limelight? Seriously, what's happening? Are you seeing a doctor? What does she or he say?? Are you going to be okay? I would say answer A.S.A.P., but I don't want to add stress, so just get better & then tell us all the details, okay? HUGS! Maggiepie

I'm seeing a Dr. He says more blood and urine tests, then go see this other Dr. No intentions of stealing your thunder, been playing this game since X-mas and getting really sick and tired of it !

I apologize. I really was just teasing, trying to wrangle a giggle out of you, because laughter really does help heal! I know you must have had it with being sick, & I truly wish you the best possible outcome. Please keep us all in the know, okay? Gee my friend, my thoughts and Prayers are with you, and hope that they can find out what the problem is for you. That does not sound good at all, and especially if it is causing anemia and they are not doing anything to help it that cannot be good. What do they think the problem is, and how long until you find out the results? Please keep us updated on what is happening.

Well, this has been going on since Christmas. I have to have more vials of blood and more urine tests and then pass me onto the next Dr. and the next appt. is the next month. I'm taking the vits with iron because without them, I don't even feel like moving. So you and I are concerned, but the medical profession is just playing musical chairs (Drs.) and tests. So, yup, prayers would be a good thing right now.

You betcha...PRAYERS are winging their way across this continent..TO YOU...right now! I truly, truly am sorry---from your side, I wonder if the anxiety is not adding insult to injury. I am just aghast that they are NOT expiditing your care, and getting to the root of this problem! Did you have an injury or fall..or is this from an infection..or just random! Still..it seems so crazy things are NOT moving at a fast pace! Sure hope you are packing in the iron rich foods! PLEASE. please keep us posted, as you are a wonderful cyber friend!

I suspect it might be from a previous test or straining as in a hernia. One or the other, but they aren't looking into those possibilities. They might actually find it that way!

Yeah, it's like the old time "bleeding out" isn't it. When I was sick with a "mystery illness" they took blood every time I went in to see the dr because they were trying to figure out what was wrong with me. I hope they find out where you are bleeding internally.

I told them where, they're still stupid. They've determined it's not my kidneys, it's my bladder, but I told them that to begin with.

I guess they are blinded by their degree! We know our bodies and it is very frustrating when they will not listen to us - like we know nothing. i have lived in this body for over 50 years now and I should know what it feels like and when it's wrong!

Exactly!!!!!! I'm not saying I'm 100% right, but start with what I say anyway. If I'm wrong, fine, but usually (not always), I'm right.
