coming soon?
No, I'm not planning anything fun. Just stuff that's necessary. Like returning bottles and cans to see how much money I'll get. Then deciding how much money will go in the bank and how much will go into shopping for necessities.
I think I've got enough for one bill. If not, I'll send partial payment. I'm getting really great at giving everybody $10. I used to give everyone $30, then $20. With the price of gas, you get my drift.
So what are your plans for the day? Hopefully they're more exciting than mine.

My day is really bland. Some Shizzz different day. I`ll probably bring my little brothers out to the park or something. Spending time with them is always fun. Hope everyone has a great day.

My family (around 15 families) have a tradition to gather and meet every month in one realtive's house. This month, it's my turn. So I plan to have it tomorrow night, and I prepare a traditional Balinese dishes for dinner. I consist of Ayam Suir shredded chicken), plecing kangkung (water spinach in chili) and Telur Mepindang (Chicken eggs in brown sauce).

The older ones sharing memories, the mature ones to compare note on work and the young ones to get to know each other and bond is nice.
My brothers and I have no children. So when we die, there will be no one after us. We don't go to much of anything, just to each others' houses. The houses are small that people own now. The cost of heating makes it so you can't have very many people in a house. The weather makes it unlikely that we could ahve a big gathering outdoors. Take care.

It is kind of late in the day, and we have not done too much. I have been tired ever since that "Monster Garage Sale" I went to. We went out and looked a vehicle we would like to have to do sales and car shows in. No way to buy it, no price tag on it, we certainly will not rush right out today or tomorrow

Yeah, we have the Warrensburgh Townwide Garage sale in October that everyone in the North Country goes to. It takes at least 2 days to see it all and if you rush. Those huge garage sales can be tiring.
If there is a car out there that is right for you, you'll find it, when the time is right. Take care.

Your day is much more exciting than mine...As I drink my coffee, I am tying to delete some MySpace blogs because there was this awesome series of Purim videos that I know I did't dream up and I can't find them. I know Purim is over, but I want to see these videos and since I rarely go to MySpace anymore, I might as well get rid of the blogs I don't want and it is very time consuming...Then when I am done with my coffee, (because I doubt I'd have the years of blogs taken care of by then,) I am going back to spring cleaning.
Oh, and your comment about making partial payments, even if it is 10.00, that's great and something that I will bring up if my husband and I have to take these classes on budgeting. He feels he has to put down at least 50.00 to pay it off, not understanding that even paying 10.00 every payday is better than paying nothing..

Well, let's say there is a $900.00 dentist bill..Isn't it still better to pay $10.00 rather than hoping to save up $50.00 plus dollars to make a payment? I mean any amount put down lowers the bill sooner or later...

True, but at 10 a month, it would take more years than your dentist might be in business. 10 into 900 is 90. 90 divided by 12 is 7.5 years. Plus you will be going to the dentist how many times in those years and adding to the bill? The idea is to pay the dentist off before you have to go back to him. Also to pay enough to not have a bill collection agency get after you.

Depends on the bill. Many of mine that I'm paying $10 on are $50 or less for the entire bill. I'm trying to make larger payments on the ones that are in the hundreds. Take care.

Good evening to you in India (just looked at your profile). It's 7:30 AM in Eastern time in East Coast America (we have several time zones here). Enjoy your evening. Sounds like good plans to me. Take care.

What are your plans for breakfast. I bet before selling those bottles and what have you, you sure must be famished.

Hot chocolate and toast.
You're funny with the famished! During the summer, I would be, because the bottles and cans I would have collected by my walking up and down the road for hours.
What did you have for supper?

I've plan to donate a pint of my blood to red cross to help those who are in need..it is how my friends and I plan to say thanks to God for the blessings we received from passing the nursing board exam last December ,but sadly my hemoglobin is just enough for my body :(
i hope next week my hemoglobin increases so that i can donate..
I'LL NEVER GIVE UP..

Welcome to Mylot and thanks for choosing my discussion to answer.
I used to give blood, but sadly, I'm on medication that prevents me from doing it any more. My Dad gave blood for years and so did my cousin. They were 0 negative. The rest of us are 0 positive. So our blood is in great demand.
Congratulations on passing the nursing board exam in December! Have you found work?
Good luck in nursing.

It's medical, it should. If it doesn't in your area, it will other places. Many places have medical staff shortages. Good luck and I hope you have a wonderful future.

Today is going to be a fairly normal day here for me. Today is library day for my daughter and I so we will be making our normal trek to the library and having lunch with friends. After that I will come home and work on things that need to be done around the house- probably laundry. I will also be able to visit with my oldest daughter as she is here for my husband to work on her car and install a CD player in it.
We enjoy our library day and I am always glad to see Thursday arrive.

Hubby is at the library right now, looking up car manuals, trying to find out what is wrong with our car.

Library day sounds like a lovely day. I don't go as much as I should. Maybe when I get done returning bottles!

Nope. Same old stuff that happens everyday. About the only things I look forward to are tv shows, my grandson getting home from school, snacks after dinner, and late night tv shows. Wonderful life, eh? And it repeats the following day. Nice think is I have plenty of gas for the month cause I never go anywhere. My counselor is about it. This Spring I hope to go to some garage sales and to the park. WOuld be nice to start feeling well enough to get on my mountain bike and ride on the greenbelt. I love to do that!

Not a great deal gong to happen on my end today. I have had a really stressful past two days so I decided to sort of stay put. I need to stop off at the post office but absolutely nothing planned.
I have been sitting here with my morning coffee thinking about not doing a thing today. lol

I've had too many days of doing nothing, waiting for the phone to ring. It's time to take action, even if it's just returning bottles.

No kidding I just opened an account on ebay to sell some things maybe that way I can make a few much needed dollars because outside of creditors my phone for jobs have not rung either.
