Tzaziki is just greek sour cream with cucumber. It's really delicious and very good on french fries or chicken or anything really. I love to get it whenever I go to a greek restauraunt or when I go to a small cafe' type restauraunt locally. Does anyone else like this sauce and have you ever made it?

That sounds really good. We all love cucumbers here. I am not greek and have never heard of this as I hadn't the other one you mentioned. They do sound very good though and something worth trying. I am going to have to check and see if there are any greek restaurants near by.

You really should it's very good. I am not sure if all greek tzaziki is made the same, I know that probably makes no sense. Well what Im saying is my friend's bf was the chef at the greek restauraunt we worked at and she told me what was in it. He used to make it, and it's soo good.

I do not think you will be disappointed at all. It is really good food and I really enjoy it. Tzaziki is also kinda like a natural uhm laxative lol so be forewarned about that.

Yes, I love it too, and I have made it a few times. It is not so hard actually! I am sure you can find tons of recipes online if you would want to try it.

I've never made it but definitely want to. I think if I Started making it though I would never stop, I would always have some in the refridgerator. I think there was some in a store one time and it just didn't do the stuff I've had from the greek restauraunt worked at justice.
