I am not obese, but I am bigger than my usual figure. When some of my friends see me, they will really comment about my big figure. I have tried crash dieting, it worked but I got sick. I had tried to go jogging every morning and be vegetarian, but I can't take it after 2 weeks of having that lifestyle. Please help me. :)

The best diet is not a diet, but a lifestyle change!! Eating healthy but still allowing yourself to eat unhealthy foods in moderation is key. Also exercise is a must. You don't necessarily need to count calories but watch your portion sizes. Remember protein and fiber fill you up faster and for longer than empty carbs. Try eating beans and lentils. And whole wheat is a must, no white flour or bread!

I agree with you, it is useless when you have your diet and there is no exercise at all. Exercising is one best way to burn up calories, make your metabolism work faster. Eating a healthy diet is also important is needed I mean " A HEALTHY DIET" you have to eat the right food for you. Aside from that do not skip meals

Thank you guys for the tips! I will surely do it. I am not that big, but I think I got so loose on my eating habits. Anyways, I do those. I will try to eat beans and lentils, and of course, whole wheat bread. And, I will not skip meals! Thank you :)

Do'nt worry about it. Every thing we are given by god is best for us. however there are some lotions available in the market. Use them. Try to take as much water as you can especially just before and after bed. try some tight under dress for few days.

Dieting is a lifestyle. It is actually hard to develop, but you really have to push yourself hard for you to get good results. For me, small frequent meal is the most effective diet. It should consist of three full meals. When I say full meals, it should include the three food groups. The large portion of your diet should consist of vegetables and fruits. I eat starchy veggies and fruits sparingly. I also do a 30 minute to one hour exercise three times a week.

I think not dieting works the best. If you only let yourself eat certain things, then when you finally fulfill your cravings, you binge eat and there goes the diet. My suggestion would be to try and eat healthy. If you want a snack or have a craving for something, have a little bit of it. Keep working out. Eat small meals multiple times a day. When you are hungry, drink water first and see if you are really hungry. A lot of the times, you are just thirsty. Lastly, keep yourself busy most of the time so you are not thinking about eating and dieting and you won't eat as much. I think eating the right things is a lot more important than exercising. You can do it :)

I think the best thing you can do is to just eat a balanced diet including all the food groups and just don't eat too much. It might be better to take many small meals instead of three large ones. When I was told that I was diabetic, they suggested eating smaller amounts at a time, but more often to keep the blood sugar levels steady. I'm sure the same thing could apply to weight loss. Exercise is good, but you have to nourish your body well or it will not work well! Good luck with that!!!

I can totally relate to your dilemma. I'm not a vegetarian, I don't like to exercise, I've tried crash diets as well but it did not work for me as well. I heard from a friend that her diet is "NO RICE". I tried it also, and so far I like the results. I eat everything except for rice. I have not eaten rice since December last year so far from 66 kilos I'm now 56 kilos. If you really want to lose weight you just have to motivate yourself to reach your goal, basically discipline is the answer. There are lots of diet programs but if you don't have the discipline and you cannot motivate yourself, you'll never get to reach your goal. Happy lotting!

It's a common problem to such type of persons. In my opinion, we have to do regular exercise and have to have such kinds of foods which help us to decrease our weight.
