i've been exercising for almost a month already but nothing changed a bit.i do not eat much like before and i am keeping myself busy for me not to think about food and drinks.sometimes i think that i have this metabolism or catabolism problem..is it possible? can any of you guys suggest what type of exercise that i should be doing? or should i go to doctor and ask for me to be checked if there's a hormonal problem or whatever?i really dont know what to do about it...im busy working too so cant find much time to spend more exercising..sometimes i think that i will be taking fat burner medications but im afraid of the side effect...

Hi binx, welcome to mylot I agree losing weight is not an easy job, many go on dieting, fasting, take pills, herbal stuff to lose weight, but they fail. Did you ever try Yoga My weight became 105 kgs, after retirement, because physical activity was less i did the famous breathing exercises as taught by Ramdeb Baba of india The important thing about this is, it sets your body at right level, you may lose or gain, till it is constant, but need to continue the exercises. Now my weight is 95 kg only. Thanks for sharing Cheers. God bless you, have a nice day ahead. Professor ‘Bhuwan’. .

hello binx87! some people really do find it difficult to lose weight. you need a special diet and a special exercise program. if you're already in an exercise program in the gym, please consult your trainor, and also a doctor. they key is don't give up! it's not exactly the being thin that's important, but maintaining an ideal body weight. good luck! :)

Hi binx87, I have lost 10kg in a month without using any fat burner product. What I did is just 5 minutes sit-up everyday and 20 minutes slow running. I have no diet routine, but I drink warm water after eat.
