Why the mood thing this time of year?

I have noticed that my mood is on edge right now. I have also noticed that other people complain of the same thing. Around here anyway. How you folks feeling? With my mood disorder I sometimes wonder how much of what I am feeling is normal for my condition and not a part of the seasonal mood swing. Well, give me your two cents worth, okay?

How is the weather by you? Reason why I ask is because here we have almost the end of may and still only as high as 38. It is so cold and wet most days that I can seem to be too cheerful especially while indoors too. Because the landlord prepped for his summer I guess and no heat.
My hands and toes are so cold while here that I get cranky.

We had 70 degree weather yesterday and rather warm again today. But the wind still howels and makes it so it doesn't seem as warm. Wish this would continue into July and August. Ugh! Your landlord sounds like a mizer. Some turn down the heat on a certain date regardless of the weather.

I should send him the bill for the number of fuzzy socks I have purchased lately, doubt he would do anything about it though.

The weather here in the UK is crazy as well! We had the hottest April on record. There was no rain here on The South Coast, and now it is freezing again and pouring with rain when it should be lovely, warm and bright! No wonder we Brits are always complaining about the weather. Talking about it is our national pastime!

I think a lot of times it can be quite frustrating that we endure certain things depending on the time of yr. etc. that can affect our lives and our moods. Sometimes it seems like it is never ending, and can get old. Especially if you are constantly around the people who are always complaining and never positive. The good thing is when you are experiencing these times in your life, is a Great time to find other things to concentrate on, and have Fun with. Also coming here in myLot and being able to think about other things, or talk about what might be bothering you is a Great thing as well.

I tend to be one fo the negative ones. I do try to be positive but it seems that my thoughts go right to the most negative things first. Ugh!

The weather is fluctuating and I find that I am swinging in my moods as well. My body hurts all over. The weather is a big deal with me.

Anxious...that is the best way I can describe it right now. Even though the days are longer, I don't feel like they are long enough. Tired...I've been crazy tired lately. Irritated...the weather is driving me nuts..lol...one week it's miserably hot...90 + degrees and this last week we had highs in the 50s. Next week 90s again. I think they even named a new "winter" over it..lol..too late for blackberry winter..I'll have to see what they named it, I heard it briefly on the news but I don't know if the newscasters were kidding or not. They are silly sometimes on the station I watch.

Gosh, though I am freezing don't think I would want the 90's, gee I am cranky being cold, I would irritated with 90's.
Guess if you mix the two I would be frustrated.

Not hardly enough time to get aclimated to one when it changes to the other one. Ugh! That would be irritating. But I think the heat will hit and be unyeilding.
