Money can't buy happiness

Do you agree that Money can't buy you happiness? I don't believe it. I know what the message is regarding it but I know that money makes me happy because I could buy what I want and when I get the things I want I'm happy. I dont want to be the richest person alive I just want to be able to look at something and know price doesn't matter. Its not like I want everything in the world but it would make me happy if I had lots not tons of money but just enough.

Money cannot buy happiness. Money is no buying happiness. I have money to eat well in a hotel. But money has come with my becoming old only. I cannot take freely sweets or other fried items I like. Even though my people permit occasionally to take it, these things doesn't suit me nowadays. Money alone cannot bring happiness. We want people, friends, places to keep us happy. But we must always be working to get money.Nothing wrong in that. But it should be through rightful means. have a good day

Maybe you are right. Without money, we can't be happy at all either. I also agree with some people saying that not everything should be about money. I can have enough money for myself, and sustain my basic living, but I can't use money to buy people to love me or like me. It is nature and impulsive of human emotion. I would leave it to the hand of God.

This is partly true. Of course all people wants money since it can buy our necessities but it's not everything we need in life. It just has to be used properly so it will not cause any sin. It makes many people sin when money becomes the single reason to be happy...

I have to agree with you. Money is actually one of the basic needs in life and we cannot have what we want if we do not have it. But if we change happiness to love, I will believe in it. It applies on love matters only. Anyway, back to the topic. Money can definitely buy you happiness. It is a sure fact. Without money, you cannot enjoy playing games in your laptop. Without money, you cannot enjoy watching TV. Without money, you cannot even afford to go to the amusement park with your children. We're living in a world where money (the root of all evil) dominates us. We cannot do anything but to follow society's system. Sad but true.

I understand what you mean. I think you are talking about having Financial Freedom and which is really is true, it can make anyone happy because if people are financially free, then they don't have to work and enslave themselves for money(which is really bad) After all, money is not a problem, it's a solution therefore people can use it in a way that benefits everyone and thus making ourselves and others happy. On the other hand, it can't buy happiness when all you do is use money for own or self reasons. Material things bought by money can give only TEMPORARY happiness. You can buy anything but at the end of the day, the material things won't satisfy you.

I so agree with you. Regardless how denial we are, it still about the money. Money maybe can't buy happiness but it helps to make you happy, stay healthy and do more things. And price does matter as well.

All I know is that I am unhappy right now because I don't have enough money to handle my current obligations, so I know money won't buy me happiness but I know if I had more I would be happier. I just want enough to be comfortable and out of debt. I think when we have an over abundance of money is when we get to think that we are going to be happy and eventually we find out that all the money in the world can not make our souls happy. Have little money makes you appreciate when you do get and opportunity to earn more and take care of your responsibilities.

I guess it depends on how you interpret happiness.Money can buy any materials things you want and that makes you happy.Mostly all things in order for you to have it you must have money in exchange for it, so money gives us happiness.I hope you will be happy too if you help others who are in need,it could be considered happiness too because you are happy to help them.Be happy babygirl

Same here , I find it true. you can always feel happy even if you just regular people who try hard to pay your bill. I believe happiness come from inside and they way you feel loved by people around you. As we know love is something love can not buy. I tend to see many of my wealthy friend have every thing but they feel empty inside because they parent busy pursuing more money and maintain their social life until they forget thats they had someone to hug and loved at home. I think we need to feel grateful for what we had because they a price need to be paid when it s come to be a wealthy person. thats wealth maybe made people stay out of you or people wanna getting near because they wanna something. True friend is someone who still there when you are the poorest person in the universe. Have a nice day

Money is not everything, but without money, you cannot do many things. No doubt money cannot buy you happiness, but without money especially now where you will need money to survive, you will not be happy at all. You will have to look for money and that process will not be a good process and a happy process either. So, money will still bring some happiness to us if we can get it easily.

It depends on what you do with that money. If you use it to help others then yes it can.

It can buy my happiness that's for sure. I'm unhappy because I don't have money. If I had more money that would make me really happy.

Is it possible at all to be really happy without money, if one has lost all they have got and still be glad? Is it possible to rely on the help from those who have managed to earn a fortune? Some rich, generous people might give away money to those who need support, establish charitable foundations to support different issues. It would be nice not to worry about money and lead a spiritual life.
