Why People always asked about earning 1$ in My-lot?

earning 1$ how? - how do they do it.

Hello Lotters, I don't know how much I can recall but there had been many occasions where they would in-quire about people earning one dollar at least in this site. it seems people in the newbie or not so new here kept asking about it. if not one times in a day, sometimes one times in a week or month. Of course, our usual response would be making "quality" discussions, responses to others discussions and if some one responded on you're discussion, be sure to comment on them.. too bad though, majority never really got it as if most believed that they should post like "forever to get it right". In my experience in the past, I used to rigorously respond to each of my friends topic from fifty to one hundred post a day. i never knew why but i did itcausing my hands to get tired and PC to crash. I don't know, how do you tell some one to earn 1$ a day.

I tell them to stop counting! MyLot is not a maths lesson and we don't have to count words, lines, posts or anything else. We should have FUN and join in interesting conversations (discussions) just like we would with our friends offline. We should not be thinking about earnings as it is an added bonus. We don't think about earning anything except new knowledge when we talk with our friends offline surely so why should here be any different? If we have fun, add something to the discussions that we participate in and don0t ever think that we are earnings here, then by some sort of magic the earnings will look after themselves. That's what I do and that is what I tell others to do. Some believe me and some don't and that is their choice

Yes, it's all about getting to know people and having fun. And if a discussion isn't that interesting to you, then it's up to you to join in and make it interesting! It's amazing how a discussion can change with active participation.

I don't think we are supposed to make discussions Luke that. T have made more than a dollar in a day. I can't tell people how I did it though. Sometimes I just make about 70 cents or so. It just depends on how long I spend mylotting. I'm not trying to make a dollar it just happens. If I were to set out to do 100 posts I probably wouldn't even make the buck. I don't count my posts. Whatever I do is what I do. I get paid for that. T am eager each day to see my earnings grow though.

" I'm not trying to make a dollar it just happens" If only everyone could see what you have just said! Some just don't want to understand that counting this and counting that is distracting from what they should be doing- having fun here! We don't count our words offline do we?

Exactly. The main focus for menus to totally enjoy myself. I love sharing with everyone here. I appreciate those who share their lives with me. That is what I love about mylot. The money is just the added bonus for me.

Hello Pointless-Q, That's good to know, sometimes people have to stop asking and do try what the veterans just advised. of course, only when they get one heck of a spanking that's when they realized that it is. you're right and I agree with you that we shouldn't think about earning a dollar a day because am no longer, am and IT DOES HAPPEN, how the heck did that happen?. money is no longer in my head but it happens

Hi Letran! I did tell them one or two times about it and then decided not to comment anything about it or just guide him/her to previous discussion which talk about the same thing. They should search for the same topic of discussion before post it out their own so others would not have to say the same thing again and again. Now I should tell just tell them to stop asking about it and enjoy the discussing session. Your hands get tired I can understand that but how could your PC get crash? Is that because you use it for a long time in single session?

Hello CTC, how are you? you know, if they don't listen, then forget about helping them. let them learn their lesson at the hands of the admin. i lostmy pc not just because of that. my power supply in my cpu is screw up and ready to blow but i just refused to replace it immediately. upon my negligence i lost my pc. but i had replaced my powersupply and then reformat the PC.

earning online - earning online is not always easy
@Jlyn It reminds me of one of the mylotter discussion which he said that he hates meeting the same typical questions again and again and he will skip if he found the same questions even in other forum sites. It looks like this kind of question-earning in Mylot eventually become a typical question too but we are still not tired to answering that question. Yes, the topic on how to earn in Mylot now has become a typical question that everyone will use as a opening speech/discussion so to speak~

That is why these people are too lazy. It's all stated in the guidelines: Make sure you search for existing topics before starting new discussions, but they just don't even bother to look in there and read.

I also used to ask the same question but now thanks to mysdianait, I do not have to ask that any more, she taught me what mylot is all about. It is not about making money it is about having fun, you just need to have fun here without thinking of the money and the earnings will automatically follow you. Just Have Fun That Is All What Mylot Requires.

just don't ask if 1 dollar more or less, or any kind... just DEFEND YOUR PRESENT RELIGION.... because when you argue, meaning, you seek some good points and good lessons on him... by that, you will learn something.... to make the story short... absorb what is useful, reject what is useless, add what is your own... that's it... hehehehe

I would probably tell someone to just post descriptive posts instead of doing short ones. It doesn't really matter if you're going to post to a lot of topics, that's not the point. The point in all of this is to be descriptive and to talk a lot about a particular topic. You see, when you are going to go about responding to several topics just to make a buck you'd be tired eventually. However, if you'd just focus on one subject or topic then just type or express yourself without limiting your 'sharing' then you'd find yourself really getting deeper with the subject. Anyhow, I don't think I could really explain much but if you'd notice, I don't do short responses for the sake of responding. I truly get into the topic and think about it first before I do. I also try to share information that I know or experiences that I could relate with the topic at hand. This is why I always tell people to just respond or comment to topics that you yourself could relate to. There's no sense in you talking about something you don't know in the first place. Have a great MyLot experience today!

Hi Laydee! You are right. But for me if if I found a topic that really interesting, even if I don't have any experience or things that could relate to it I will still there reading all the comment and learn from them as I found I can add and gain knowledge from it. Sometimes from my reading some questions will arise and I will post a comment to the discussion starter or responders asking a questions regarding that matter. As for me I am sure that even we are not a discussion starter but our role as a responders does not just about sharing an experiences and facts but also rising a question and build an answer to it. I like that wide scope when we can play all the same roles together here.

hi letran when people ask how all that I say is quit counting all the stuff you do and just respond and have fun. the first thing you notice next day you made more than you ever had before. I just participate now and kibitz on my friends comments and enjoy and I make more than I did when I was counting all my posts and getting a headache from it all.I have no idea why they ask and want some magic spell or whatever so they can make more money on mylot.want to earn a dollar a day quit the darned counting ,start commenting back on the responses you get to your discussions and respond all day to your friends discussion.also do not count anything.I made 1 dollar and 17 cents yesterday and I had computer slow down on my lot all day.so it was a real surprise to me.when I was doing fifty to one hundred or more I actually was making less then when I just started participating and enjoyed myself.I kibitzed on others, made jokes and just had the most fun.

Hatley-- Congratulations on your earnings for doing little more than having a series of conversations! I used to be able to do that when I had my laptop but because my back is hurting me a lot lately, I'm back to where I was in 2008, using my phone to respond. Hopefully I'll be getting medication to help me in a couple of weeks, and then I can pop in more often on my computer.

For most of us we still look at our earnings section everyday. We would love to see a few cents raise day by day. With this in mind, we always would like to create discussions that could invite more viewers so we can have more responses. It was just now that I discovered commenting back on my own discussion as a good source of increasing our earnings here.

Hi Minnie! If you are an active member here you will find no problem to reach the minimum payout. It won'y take long time to get your money. One might think that it is such a waste but there are lot of proof which more members reach more than a minimum payout here~

Hello LK, I also agree to the point that most of the people asks for the money they can earn from MYLOT.It is always seen that 10~15% of discussion is regarding the earnings from MYLOT.And its really boring for most of the responders to write same thing every time. I think this is the first thing newbie is concerned of may be that is the reason why they joined it but it is better to go through the FAQs & guidelines first to know it.But then i think its always out of curiosity they ask it.

27 Jun 11
Hello sjvg, 10 to 15% or probably more, most specially in the "earning money" interest. well, it becomes really boring and tiring when the same similar question is being ask over and over again. unfortunately, most newbies don't listen and do their thing. but you gotta admire those newbies that has followed the veteran's path

I don't write the same thing - in fact I seldom write at all on money matters because I know most of those discussions will be deleted. In fact, this one might suffer the same fate. Whereas I would like to see "Don't ask about the money!" in huge letters on the front page, that would stop people from joining in the first place, so we can't do that! So we will just have to put up with the earnings questions forevermore.

@LK i know its boring & tiring to write the thing again & again but we need to write it to motivate newbies. @Petersum but i have seen the discussions in which someone ask about earning people start poring their reponses and the discussion become HOT and also not get deleted by admin. Though i respond to most of querries related earnings from MYLOT but i don't see anything bad in it as newbie should ask for the earnings its OK with them.

Hello Steph, Well, making quality discussions do work on most cases, besides, if it's not good quality then why bother responding to it. i have experience responding a lot more in the past and really i get the same thing with making quality discussions and responding to all of them. responding now a days is something i don't domuch

Well perhaps some of my responses aren't exactly high quality but I'm not the one to decide that. I am having fun here and if you don't respond at all, you can't expect to earn. You can generally make more than a penny if you respond enough times in each discussion.

if you could earn $1 a day here the people who host the site would probably go bankrupt... the point of this site is to give you incentive to post. you shouldn't think of it like a job where you need to post 100 times a day. Seriously, it takes time for your money to build up here. But the point is to discuss stuff, ask questions, get to know people. That's what the site's really for

Hello Pumpkin, And May I asked where you got that information? what if am earning 1$ a day with out doing anything and referrals are doing it for me? do you still think they will go bankrupt? mylot has made me exert my potential to do more and that's what i did reaching that mark but never thought of money and merely the point of respond and commenting. what do you mean it takes time it does but not my money since joining here is free.

Just post. Just post smartly. Keep posting. Make topics. Reply to responses made on said topics. Make good decent sized responses. Pretty much ignore everything about how much you are making. Do tasks, respond to blogs, respond to the news, upload pictures, use the search engine, lather, rinse, repeat, until your fingers fall off. Don't think about what you are doing too much, just do it. Put a few hours of quality work in a day. One paragraph, two paragraphs, it really doesn't matter as long as its quality. Somehow at the end of the month, you will get a payout. That's what I would say. Really it isn't rocket science. I pretty much had to figure this out on my own. I didn't have to have been lead by the hand. I just kept experimenting until I got a system down that is second nature. However that system works for me, it very well might not work for you. Whether you want to make a dollar or whatever, the money that you make needs to be the last think you think about. Because its the ultimate catch. If you worry about money, then you lose the desire to post on this website and you really miss out on the community. Not to mention there are a lot of ways. Just sit down and do it. If you fall on your face, pick yourself back up and try something else. If you aren't willing to figure out something that works for you on your own, then get to stepping, because obviously you're not going to work well in this community. That is my advice to all newbies. If doesn't work for you, then so be it. If it ceases being fun, then get out and go far away. Not everyone is going to succeed to the level where I'm sure you dream. In fact approximately two percent of this site is going to succeed with what a lot of new people would consider to be success. I am megamatt and I approve of this message.
