YES...This is true! 
When I was a kid I love reading fairy tales and watching cartoon movies and fairy tale movies as well.
(i guess every kids love it too)
There was a time that I wanted to have a "dwarf" as friend.
Not the mini-me human...but a real dwarf as seen in cartoon films and fairy tales book.
There are times that I look for mushroom in my grandma's garden looking for a dwarf 
Aw...this sounds funny,blame it to snow white and the seven dwarfs
I just remember those days....and inspired by one mylotter that I've talked last night about ghosts and spirits...
But i want to talk about dwarfs and fairies either (*_*)

Haha,you remind me of my childhood fantasies,haha! But I don't like dwarfs those times jaiho,you know what I want...I wanna become like Wonder Woman,haha
! She's my idol jaiho,so much! I even wanted a costume like hers,lol! I sometimes even imagine I would be Wonder Woman someday,haha,those were the days,funny! Diana Carter who is Wonder Woman that time is my fave actress then,haha!

I am fascinated with fairy tales characters.
You know that I really look for dwarfs under mushroom when I was around 5-6 years old (hahaha)
So when I sees one mushroom...I slowly come near not to make the dwarf run away

hi jaiho, how are you? as a school going kid i too was fascinated with fairy tales especially those written by Hans Christian Anderson.I used to read about giants,fairies, dwarfs,leprechauns.Books like Gullivers Travels,Jack and the Beanstalk etc were some of my favourites.However i never had ny wish to befriend any of these creatures with magical powers. Now i know that such creatures do really exist and can be seen by yogis who through extensive spiritual practices have got the powers to not only see them but communicate with them and also use them to do certain acts which benefit them.I am not joking but serious.

Hi jaiho: Well that's actually an stereotype created by cartoons. Dwarfs are portrayed as funny,sometimes even magical friends of the main character. But that's just the way they are shown on these stories. I think you won't find a dwarf unless you live in one of these fairy taole stories

Yes,when I was a kid I dreamed of living in a fairy land,and one of the fairy,with wings and a magic wand
I did look for dwarfs under the mushroom when i see one in my grandma's garden.

do you remember the judge who got disbarred from being a lawyer because he confessed his dwarf friends influenced his verdicts. I remember all the tales from old people. A dwarf friend will give you goodluck and prosperity. I miss making para normal topics but Adalie is not around and its not beneficial without her.

i know i know capt.
but even the BIBLE tells about those spirits so..it's not a thing to debate with faith,rather truth and reality that we need to see and look at.
anyway...we can never let them believed,we have different views and opinion on this matter.
let them think what they want to...
all I can say,whether they deny or doubt about the existence of those spirits...they are around...

hi jaiho nope I have never had a hankering for dwarf friends or fairies or such bu t I always hoped to see a white unicorn as a child. I believed in unicorns and now have a beanie babie unicorn in my collection. also I have written stories about unicorns,not published but they are all typed until someone does like one.lol so I guess I had a secret yearning to have a unicorn friend. I loved reading about unicorns as a child.In fact the child in me still loves to read about unicorns. lol

You remind me of Agnes,the little girl in the movie "DESPICABLE ME"
She also loves unicorn and when she saw a big unicorn stuff toys she screamed
"what a fluffy unicorn,I'm gonna die "
my kids likes that part very much and they always mimic how Agnes screamed it sometimes I also say it (hahahaha)

i am willing to be friend with fairies and dwarf.when i was little girl,i like to read fairy tale,these stories often interested in me and play with them in my dream .maybe i could not live in real life very well.i hope that i can live like fairy tales's actor and actress.they could do what they do and realize what they want.at actually it could not happen in my life.so as child,i like to be friend with them and let my life full of happy colour and life.

I guess kids dreams about fairies and fantasy lands were figments of those fairy tale books and movies.
until now kids are having those fantasies and play or acts like they are fairy or someone in fairy land that they really liked much.

I am happy to hear that you like to have a DWARF FRIEND , well i am tall 6 feet 2 inches, most of my friends are tall.
I have a Professor friend, his wife is also Professor, but her height is 16 inches less than the husband, the lady never walks with her husband on street, sort of complex..
I guess your prince is taller than you hehehe..

I have a dwarf friend here, she is my age but about 4 feet high only, our sarees are usually 5.5 meters in length and 120 centimers in width, she has to fold at the top while wearing, this makes her look pregnant always, many comment like that, she just smiles..

In my chilhood i used to see cartoons and i also had these fantacies like yours. I used to see one of the cartoons i don't know you have seen it or not"HEMAN". HEMAN was having a magical sword and i always liked to have that sword with me. HEMAN was having lots of magical things like flying carpet,a powerful lion which by the magic used to become simple dog sometimes those all were worth to watch at that time. I always wanted if i were HEMAN so that i could have command this world.
But now i don't find much of the time to see cartoons sometimes i watch it with my kids and enjoy it and remember my childhood days.

I can remember famous VOLTES V and there's a lot more.
At least you have something to tell to your kids about childhood.

I had the same experience when I was a kid. My cousin and I tried to look for a dwarf. We tried to find it in trees as our house is surrounded with big trees. We would even leave food on the food of the trees for the dwarf. It was very fun to do that when we're young. Remembering it now, well...it made me smile about my childhood days.

If I'll be given the chance to have a dwarf friend, I'll certainly grab it. I'll have him talk to me everyday. I'll ask him to take a sneak peek of some other people stuffs late at night.I think he'll not share your stories and dark secrets around. I bet having a dwarf friend is also cool!
