I feel very uncomfortable when it is more than 35 degree Celsius, I want to know that is there any fruits who can make me feel better in such a hot temperature. What about mango? Does it produce the heat in our stomach or does it cool down the temperature.

I would think that Mango would be a Good one. It does seem to hold up more in the warmer weather. Another one I like that is good when it is warm, but it might not be available in India is watermelon. This is another good one I have found that seems to be more cooling and refreshing.

I agree with all the watermelon suggestions, as your body needs lots of water when its hot. You might try putting grapes in the freezer, as they make me feel better when its hot.

I think that the watermelon may be the most suitable fruit for the hot summer. Especially if you put it into the fridge, it tastes cool after that. Besides, the watermelon is so juicy. You sweat a lot in the summer. So it is helpful for you to refresh after having the watermelon. I love China

I don't believe any fruit will cool you off unless it has been refrigerated first. I think the fruits containing the highest water content, like watermelon, would be the best fruit to eat on hot days since the hotter the temperature is, the more we perspire and need to replenish the water in our bodies.

I think strawberries, pineapple, blueberries and such have an enzyme in them that help you to digest and help to lose weight. Not sure what else you mean. And, ofcourse, a nice cooled watermelon is very comforting on a hot day. I guess I would have to know more of what you mean.

Drink plenty of water and eat watermelon. Take a bath more often, maybe 2-3 times a day and wear light clothing as well. Stay in shady places or under trees ...and again...drink a lot of water

Mango - u can take 1/3 of one fruit. Mango produces heat and also contains more sugar. Take watermelons which are available easily during this time of the year. Drink more water.
