I'm sitting here goofing off and I realize I DON"T WANNA GROW UP. I Love all the things about being childish and I just can't seem to ever act my age{47} going on 8. You think it's wrong for old er people to act like there still teenagers? I don't

i am 47 and i love being immature. my daughter who is 9 either laughs her head off at my stupidity or buries her head in shame. i look at people my own age and younger and i am glad i am not like them.

Hey , were the same age, I look at some of the people my age and most of them are so very stiff and acting way more older than they really are. I just feel young so I act young I guess.

hi, it depend upon the people who will see you on how will you act,for me there's no problem with that, actually its so nice to act so young to hide our ages, and still to feel and enjoy life being young.i have seen many people who are in 35 to 50 age acted as teenagers and its good to see them as like that.

No i think it's perfectly fine and I think half of the people in the world don't wanna grow up. Atleast me, I don't wanna grow up at all. I am 19 and this is the last year of my teenage life. I am sometimes so sad coz I don't wanna leave my teenage life and grow at all I am really envious of people who are younger than me

hi missybear why not? I also hope I wont act my age of 49 too soon. Life is too serious with all the demands at work and elsewhere to just be serious and act appropriate to your age all the time. I also dont wanna grow up just like you.

No...I think there is absolutely nothing wrong with acting CRAZY (I am the same way) so that may be why I agree!!! LOL. I think its just being young at heart. I am 37 and always get carded or asked my age so I have fun acting like a kid...not immature but free and fun spirited. Its my way of enjoying life so I think there is never anything wrong with that ;) have fun and stay young!!!

I've got 10 years on you sweety and I feel the same. One of my favourite sayings is: We do not stop playing because we grow old... We grow old because we stop playing. Remember those words to live by my dear.

It depends in what manner. You know like you are still responsible you go to work, pay your bills ect but still try to keep up with the "jones'" and enjoy the same things as you did when you were a kid. Sadly I've crossed over a bit too much. I think I had to be responsible too early in life and I feel like an old stogy stick in the mud much of the time. But so me of it is anxiety about doing new things, my kids behavior, and lack of funds to be trendy and do fun activities.

I doubt that you're a stick in the mud, maybe you just really mature.

I have been accused of a lot of things..but acting my age...never. I don't think there is anything wrong with having fun and being silly sometimes. I have always heard that you are only as old as you feel...besides...I have been turning 21 on my birthdays for a while now

I sometimes think I will never grow up! I am the same age as you and I like to do the same stuff I did as a teenager. I don't really know about acting like I am 8....I don't think I have that much energy anymore....lol We recently went on vacation to California and then over to Las Vegas and my husband's family couldn't keep up with us at all. We were running around town like our kids were, having a blast!!! Don't get me wrong, I can act like a grown up when I have to...but usually it is when I HAVE TO!!! LOL

I remember my mother hiding and eating stuff that I always thought kids ate not until I grew up and realised that there is no age limit for anything on earth. I will do anything that a child would excepting may be wear pigtails. How about playing marbles? Care to join me?

Not at all, trust me I go through the same phase as well. I am 32 going on 5 years old and my hubby is the same way. Sometimes I wonder who the children of the house are my hubby and I or my kids. I love acting childish especially with my children. Once in a while we need to let our inner child that we hold inside come out. It's just part of human nature and it's also lots of fun!!!

I don't see nothing wrong with it. Actually people that have a young attitude sometimes are healthier because they sometimes have a better attitude about things and are happier.Younger people have more fun around older people too that act younger. They sometimes feel more open about their feelings and want to talk to older people about things that are on their mind more too knowing that they might be easier to talk too about things.

I think everyone doesn't wanna age, I know I also don't want to. Well, I also wanna enjoy how it's like to be on a certain age group. I think every age group has its own advantages, it's only up to us to enjoy them or see them as a negative thing.

I don't want to grow up too fast. I still love those young stuff. I still watch cartoons and anime and disney channel and nickelodeon. I'm 28, but I don't really too much adultish. I hate being called immature, but I'm trying to mature up a little but not too much.

I'll join you being like a vital teenager from time to time. I play with my grandchildren when it is possible. I act like a teenager with my younger daughter age 11. It is fun to be like a mirror of her. She really notice her own behaviour in a clear perspective. I think you can be a responsible adult acting when it's needed in a mature way. But there are times, when you have to let your inner little child have a lovely happy time.

Well, they said life starts at 40.I think you can feel young but it's better to act like your age. It's fine to be child at heart sometimes when we are with our close friends and families;to have fun, play games and just enjoy your time. However, strangers may ridicule us if we're acting childish outside and it may lessen their respect on us.

That could be but sometimes I don't care what strangers think of me. I do try to act my age and be responsible when it comes to my job
