What to intake for instant energy?

Hi all, Today I am so tired and couldn't eat my meal, my husband helped me out. I don't want him to be troubled any more. In comming next 2 days relatives are arriving and they are coming for health checkups and need my assistance surely and they stay for surely more days. When I am weak, I want to take food in such a way my weakness should disappear and be back to my work. Let me know more and more to be active and don't want to trouble my husband.

Why are you so weak as to not be able to eat? Depending on the reason are the suggestions I can make. Anyway, rest as much as possible, before your relatives arrive.

Why are you so tired, if you are so young? What illness do you have? It does sound rude that your relatives come to your house to be taken care of if you have such health problems that you cannot eve eat by yourself.

Hi marguicha, Thank you. I am taking rest and when I feel to much bored I am mylotting. some pressure also being built inside me, whether I can be healthy before guests arrive. Because they are so orthodox that everything must be done in what manner they say only.

Hi marguicha, I had recentely missed abortion, from then my hormones got imbalanced and due to emotional depression also my health became worse added to this I was wrong diagnosised by my gynachology doctor, but now I am in safe hands.I thank god. today I went to see the doctor, he told me that it will take time for the medications to start working and then all the tiredness will be gone and adviced me to take lemon water with salt. About relatives, we meet different characters in life, some see about themselves and neigther care nor want to take intrest for others health, all they tell is " my problem is not great than anyone's". The most bad part is if they are your near ones. These are such characters.

Since you said you feel so tired at work, then its high time to pay attention to your health. There are probable causes that gets you drain, one is lack of sleep, lack of rest, serious ailment,not enough food you eat or foods that are not converted into energy. Hot soup is important part of the meal. It helps the spleen to work well to convert the foods that you eat into energy. Don't just sleep straight away when you tummy is full. Give time for the food to go down before you rest. I also suggest that you visit your doctor and ask for food supplements that will help your body to gain more energy. I do hope you also do get proper sleep so that you will feel energized before you go to work.

If you are feeling super tired and it has been going on for a while perhaps you should visit the doctor, there may be some underlying medical reason why you are so tired all the time. Nuts are always great for energy. Nuts are great for your body and they provide good healthy protein. Fruits are usually often very good as well.

Well, sometimes we feel tired have to do same things everyday and even worse if our relatives visit our home. We should entertain and give them good services, even sometimes they don't understand the situation..I prefer to bring my guess out for lunch or dinner and let them enjoy more time outside rather than spending time in our house.. However, if I feel wake I like to consume more fruit and vegetables and sometimes energy drinks to improve my health and give me extra energy for working..

coffee, coffee, coffee. I use to drink coffee every morning and it would wake me up and give me plenty of energy. My doctor also told me I have too much caffeine so now i'm on doctors orders to not drink caffeine. Haha. But i would have to say the only i can think of is coffee.

Hi cherrydiamonds, Thank you for the reply. But I don't have habbit of drinking coffee. I drink only milk and that to morning 1cup.
