I just got a call from the grocery store that I applied to and I am happy to report that I have a job. I am so excited. All they need to do is the background check and then a drug test and seeing as i havent killed anyone or do drugs I am in the door. I just have to wait until monday when they said they would call me back. I am so grateful for this. I can't wait until I can save mny and spend money again.

Well the assistant manager had to go out and gather buggies, and I've worked in grocery stores like that in the past, if the manager has to go do that? they're desperate. Also he said he's hiring a bunch of people.

It's funny how those things go. The last time I was a cashier or bagger was back years ago, and I left it and was happy to do so. Now I am excited to go back. Sure it's not always fun, but as things go, it's not a bad job either. Thank YOu, I am very excited.

You showed real commitment and enthusiasm by walking to the interview. I am glad it worked out. You will be tired at first, but it will feel good when you are doing it.

That is great news! I worked in a grocery store until a few years ago. I wish you the best of luck there. I didn't really like it but I done the work and done a good job at it. I hope you like it. Do you know what you will be doing? I would not want to be a cashier.

I've been a cashier in the past. I've worked at a grocery store as well, and compared to other jobs I've had cashiering is a piece of cake. I'd either be a cashier or a bagger. I'm hoping bagger.

Happy to hear that you finally got a job. At least, you don't have to worry about money matters anymore. So, hope you can earn enough money to pay the bills and keep some for saving as well. Good luck to you, my friend...

Luckily the only bill I have is my phone bill and it's prepaid. I think my second paycheck (as my first paycheck will go towards more khaki pants and storage containers) will go towards getting the card for three months so I don't have to worry about it. In any case, I am very excited.

YAY!!! I'm sooo happy for you!!! It's crazy how hard it is to find a job anore!!! That's one of the reasons I love this site so much! For 1. It's a ton of fun to get on here and 2. You get paid for the phone. I would love to be able to get out and work, but my disability (MS) makes it to where I can't do that. It's okay though, I get to stay home with my little one (who's 2). Saves on Daycare!! Hahaha!

Yes, it is definitely a great site, and I love it. It's actually helped me save for things I want in the past. I am sorry you can't get out and work, I know about MS, my mom had it. You do get to stay home with your little one, that's more then a lot of people can do. Are you new to online earnings?

Sorry I'm on my iPhone writing, gotta love autocorrect. you know what I was meaning though lol. I'm new to this site, yeah. I used to do surveys on survey spot all the time, but that's it. I'd love to find something else too. I'm assuming you're not new though? Do you do any other sites like this one or anything?

Here in the USA, "volunteer work" or "intern" work as we call it, looks good on a resume, most of the time. I hope that you do find a good paying job soon. I can't wait to start mine, I'll finally have much needed money.

I guess I didn't make myself very clear in my discussion. I know I made a typo. I plan to save money, of course, as I will need to do that to get ahead. I am just so glad that I can finally call mylot and my other earning sites my "online earners" instead of my "main" earners.

Oh I plan to do a lot of planning when it comes to my finances. I want to move out, but won't move out so fast. I plan to hopefully be moving out in the next six months, I feel that's a good goal. First things first though, managing my finances of course.
