Do you hate someone because they hate you? Or because you hate them? Do you love someone because they love you? Or because you love them? Why or why not?

I do the love thing a lot ever since i was lil. Like when your a lil kid and your friend says that so and so likes you and you never even talked to that guy but u think, hmmm hes cute, lol or something like that. I used to do that where i thought maybe i like him too. My mom told me it was because i was a lonely kid. hahaha I was an only child. :]

I think love is contagious sometimes. I would get happy if someone liked me and I will check if I can like them back to, hehe

Loving someone because they love me or hating someone because they hate me is a an eye for an eye kind of thinking. I am not a fan of a tooth for a tooth and an eye for an eye. I try not to restrict my love just because the person has shown no indication of loving me. Not only does this open the door to hate and conflict, but I could also be cheating myself out of a possible friend. Loving someone because they love you is a natural, un-notable thing. Anyone can appreciate someone who is kind to them first. Loving someone who does not love you is where the real test begins. I try not to hate someone who hates me - even though it is really hard. Hate causes more hate and makes life more difficult for everyone. Besides hate is often the spark to greater violence or evil, so I try to stay away from it. Hating someone because they hate me will only make the problem worse. It is far better to love that person and try to come to an understanding then to hate them.

If I hated someone it was probably because of something they did to my family. I wouldn't hate someone because they hated me. And, yes, I would have to care about someone to dislike them enough to hate them. I love someone because I have feelings for them not because they love me.

Loving someone has no condition,it is our will and choice. There is nothing to asks for or never asks anything in return. So,when I love someone it is because I love that person for no reason but because I love him/her. I don't keep hatred,I admit I do feel anger, but not hatred. I rather forgive and let go if someone hurt me than keeping hate. have a good day jaiho®

That's true. And that's incredible that you can not have hatred.

Although hatred is so harsh, I have to say that if in fact I hated someone it is because I hate them not because they hate me. As for love I can only love if the person is in deed loving me. I may think I am in love but if I see the person cannot or will never love me the my love will have to come to some sort of halt.

Hate to be hated , love to be loved . Its not 100% working that way , but i think you will never love someone that makes fun of you your friends , do nasty things that make you uneasy or uncomfortable or otherwise , the person clearly don't like you and i think when he do this he knows i will not like him back . I can be friend with people that are friendly . Only love is the thing thats hard to explain , or you love someone or you dont . I love a girl that left me 5 years ago but what can i do i love her but i'm just her friend . So i love her , but she dont . Ye there are casses where they both love each other or its one sided , but i dont think loving someone makes him love you too :)

I like to love others at the same I like to be loved as well. Both feelings are so great because each has its own pleasure. Whenever we are being loved and whenever we love some one, it is a kind of recognition, where the true love become embodiment into living beings. It is not only applicable to human beings, I think, if we closely observe, even non humans also having the same nature, only difference is they cannot express it by saying, but they also express their love in either ways. Thank-s
