I missed you! And you and you and you and you....

Hi Pam! Good to see you back. I feared that there might have been something else that was keeping you away. I am not present on all of your topics but I am aware that there is another situation that is going on too and I wish you and those concerned well. The last time my computer got a virus and was k.o. I decided to make use of a friend and the insurance that I pay for years and years for eletrical damage. I was off for a month but using a computer from work and then I had an old computer and the one with the virus replaced with a brand new super fast new one - and the insurance paid This was a year ago and I have not used it often as a few months after that I started toing and froing to UK and using my netbook. I can't stay away from myLot for long. When I was away last month I missed the friends that I have here and as soon as I did start posting again they were a mountian of help in getting things back into perspective again!

I was in the Hospital a couple months back and did I ever miss being able to come in here and get cheered up when I was down. Even after coming home it took me some time to catch up with all that had been going on while I was away. I have a pretty good firewall installed with my computer and so far it has blocked all malware attempts. This is good as I surf and search a lot of strange and unknown sites in my research.

When I was having virus issues last year I was lucky my son was here. I need to get some good protection installed on my laptop, though. I do feel uneasy and unhappy when I cannot get online. It is a big part of my social, as well as being a place where I am earning a little money. I thought about you and was afraid you were having bad headaches again. I am thankful that you have friends who can help you out.

I missed you too Ambie, I just thought you were avoiding me... No, seriously, I did missed you and I am glad you are back online.. I am sure you remember the catastrophe when my computer crashed. We have no extra money to pay for someone to fix it or for another computer..So for 15 months I went to the library 1-2 times a week and got online here so I wouldn't lose my money, and to update what what going on..Of course I couldn't reply to all my friends, because it takes a good hour to do that, (depending on how many and what the topic was) and I only had an hour at the library..I also was working on my story, so I just deleted all the old notifications until I could return. I returned because a woman's husband, where my husband works, takes old computers and rebuilds them. We gave him our computer along with another one we had sitting around and unfortunately he said both were no good..So he built this one and gave it to us.. He also included the CD's in case something was to happen to this one.. We both talked about buying a laptop from this guy, but we never did and I think we should, in appreciation of what he did for us..

I got virus last month and got it fixed twice for RM100. So pity my father paid for it and I did it. Now I only surf the sites which I am working for and not the other sites that I never been before. So do you miss me?

You look familiar!. I do respond to your topics but honestly I myself have been glued to just about one topic lately but I am not sure if I have missed you. Glad to see you back.

My first oneI had was suprosed to be covered under the warrenty but I ended up paying the geek squad over $200 to get viruses off and 3 day with out puter this was befor Mylot too after that I buy new puters

I don't think I have ever had a virus. I have had computer problems before though. I hated being without it also. I make money online daily with alot of sites. I miss Mylot and all of my other sites too when that happens.

I have, but only before I got on here, still, I've had computer trouble and been off line because of it before, and will again no doubt - and THEN I go on trips!

Twice my computer has gotten a virus..and it cost a bunch especially since I usually have them back things up....even though I do most of them so it's extra. Anyway I do miss mylot and everyone here when I am not on for a couple of days. And yes...mylotters have affected my life.....I have even met some in person!

My computer had a virus not too long ago.. but my hubby is my IT guy. He restored my computer and it's been fine ever since. Glad you're back!

i sure do and before my daughter came here to be with me, its the only support i had at all, except for now and then my son being here for me. i missed you to. hugs and all that. i still miss some that hasnt been here for a long long time.

Hi Ambie! Don't suffer from computer withdrawl! Did you know that you can use computers at the library? My husband and I use them almost daily, and depending on if they're busy or not, you can stay online for four hours (or more). Might even get to meet ya!

oh Ambie I am so glad you have your computer back and you are back here finally in mylot. I would also freak out if I could not read my mails and answer them on the weekend which is when I am home. I would bring me down too if I could not do that any more cause the computer has to be fixed. Hope your migraines are gone now and you have a lovely blessed Sunday. I hope you are well now and have taken your medications. Mylot is a great site which you can get a lot of emotional support.Mylot is a big help for me especially if i need some advice.And i don't feel bored in the office because of mylot, it keeps me going..
