Increasing ur life span.

Everybody wants to increase their life span as we dont knows that how many years can we live. But nobody wants to die today. Even in old ages some prescribing medicines to increase their life spans. As i want to tel u from teen age itself we have to take measures to live healthy life span. Im asking what ur going to do to increase ur life span or u believe in fate and ready to die whenever its comes?

A good lifestyle is the most common way to live long. As what they always say "you are what you eat" eating fruits and veges and avoiding oily foods is one way to lengthen our life. Exercise for 20-30 minutes a day is a key for an active life, jogging for example makes our heart healthy. Chose what you eat like foods that are rich in antioxidants,fiber,omega 3 and potassium that are very essential to keep our body healthy and to keep us look young. Sleep early and sleeping for 7-8hours a day is another key for healthier life and keep in mind that sleeping for 10 hours or more is not good for our body. Drinking 2 liters of water a day is also a key to long life. Water is very essential to our body so drink more water. And last but not the least smile. Our emotion affects our health so a healthy life starts with a smiling face.

Life has no guarantees. Nevertheless, the more we take care or ourselves, the better the chances of living a longer healthy life. Here are some important factors: Lead a spiritual life. Eat nutritious food. Drink lots of water. Do about an hour a day of some vigorous exercises like walking every day. Get enough sleep. Get a half hour of sun exposure as many days as possible to parts of your skin either before 10 AM or after 4 PM. Enjoy good relationships with family and friends and every one else if possible. Laugh and smile as much as you can. All the best!

I eat well and exercise my body. That may well affect my life span but it also enables me to make the most of the time I have today. Any of us could get hit by a bus tomorrow, so let's make the most of what time we have available.

I have to say that i could take good care of myself and i always eat nutritious food and delicious fruit.Which i think is pretty good for our health.This may increase our life span from some perspective.No matter for what reason,having a healthy way of diet is important in our daily life so that we could life a long life naturally.

Hello naseem, The only thing you can do to increase your life span is to keep your body fit and disease free. and to keep your body fit you need to take balanced diet,do exercise,follow some rules (like time of sleep,time to watch TV etc)and of course should live in healthy environment.

We can increase our lifespan by having a good and conducive environment which is free from pollution and chemicals plus we should take organic and natural foods and lastly let's follow what's written on the bible about eating foods I'm sure we can prolong our lives.

Yes pollution makes lung diseases or breathing diseases like asthuma. But there are major diseases we have to control like heart attack diseases

I always imagine that if you do not take care of yourself and you die young, that God will ask "Wjhy are you here so soon? I did not expect you until years later." I do find that it depends on where you live that might determine how long you live. Now there are some people who do better in very cold climates, but if your ancestors lived in a warm climate and moved to a colder climate such as from around the Mediterrean to northern Canada, you might not live as long as you cannot get the fresh fruits, vegetables, and salad stuffs. And that is because your system is designed for a warm rather then a cold climate. Consequently if you happen to be an Eskimo or Inuit and move south, you may not live as long as you would have back in the North West Territories. It does to matter if you have money and can buy the food you need, but if you are poor, you may not be able to afford the good healthy food and also may not be able to tolerate the weather during the cold or hot seasons.

Maybe all human know that they're going to an end because everything and anything has an end. Only I don't know when. However while I'm living, I'm always take care of myself by eating healthy and nutritious food and always have a clean environment.

A longer life span is what everyone wants. Nobody is going to know what is going to happen tomorrow. SO it is not in your hand. Live life as it goes and enjoy each and every minute of your life.

I do believe in leading a healthy lifestyle, yes. I try not to get second smokes and I do not smoke either. I also eat fruits combined with a healthy eating diet when I can. Not to indulge in too much junk food. I like to exercise and keep the household clean if possible.
