Lately I watch a movie called "Larry Crowne", starred with Tom Hank, and Julia Robert. There is one scene that really crack me up, and it just match our current situation for a lot of people. Larry lost his job, and he is about to plan to save some money for his strict budget. He was pumping gas in a gas station, while he saw 2 motorcycle drove in, he compared the gas consumption of his car to that motorbike. His car spend around $80 for 21 gallons. While the motorbike for merely 2 gallons and less than $10.00. What would you think of it. Maybe it is time to switch a scooter or motorbike. No wonder the sale of scooters going up lately, what do you think of it?

I would consider it but I would still have to have a car. I would need it in bad weather and to haul things.

Definitely. But we can have a scooter as main transportation for work and while when you need to travel or in case of bad weather, a real car as a backup.
