What will you do if someone makes you feel very sick and angry?

Some people makes you feel happy while others makes you feel sad and angry. How to deal with people who makes you feel very sick and angry and are very aggressive?

I stay away from people who make me feel sad and angry. If they have committed something against my kids or it is very hurtful to me then I will get my revenge on them. If it is some illegal they will be reported. People will not do something and get away with it in my circle.

I think some people will hurt us in our life. I think sometimes when we does not stand on our legs most probably we will get hurt more I mean to say somethings we want to say in our life.

Yes i am sure that there are people like that attitude..What you can do is stay away with,do not be a part with, and also try to control it because if you are out of control of anger, it is not good and it to risk your life and will keep you angry, and angry..just stay away or talk the person.

Some people brings happiness to our life while some people brings lots of sadness and lots of frustration in life. One person is bringing lots of frustration and anger inside me. I feel like an alien alone in the world with lots of frustration and sometimes I feel why world is not very good and all people are good rather than selfish.

It is true that there are people makes you happy, others gives you problems,frustrations,others makes you angry.. To understand that this world is not a perfect home,w can face any kinds of difficulties,hard times,aches, and etc.. but those things do not let you stop but keep moving think good..

I have left the office and joined another office. I think most probably it must be an ego. I have met her after that and she was very friendly at that time.

I gauge their nature.If i find they make me sick,angry,sad and are aggressive.I'll be abrupt with them and avoid them.No point in losing our equanimity and good nature for such characters.Its best we avoid or confront them and finish friendship with them.

I will try and not let it get to me all that much. There are some people who like to play their little games or perhaps their behavior is something that is lashing out about something else that has happened. Still no matter how hard that I try, these people are going to get to even the best of us from time to time. It is a supremely agitating thing to say the least. I try and really keep a wide path from these people. And a lot of the time, it can work some wonders to say the very least. Other times it is really not as easy as it seems to be. Still I do try to keep my distance from these people. It is just a disaster waiting to happen and they can stir you up in some of the worst ways for sure. Although sometimes I wonder about these people but it does defy explanation.

I think it is better to walk out of the situation when we get angry and irritated. I think it is better to avoid the person or the situation that makes us angry.

I will try to remind myself to practise self-control (ie. don't let anyone cause me to be angry or sad). Most of the time, it works! If people try to be aggressive, I will try to avoid him.

I think it is good to avoid people who are aggressive. I think yoga and meditation helps to get better self-control in life.

I am going through this right now. I have chosen to just avoid and stay away from them. I cannot deal with people like that. They bring me down every day if I let them.

I will also try to avoid them. They make me feel down to earth and I think it is better to aviod the situation and stay away from them.

Place some distance my friend is what I would do as involving myself with someone who constantly causes me to be angry and or be hurt would only lead to resentment for me. So ignoring is an option but if the person persist I would have to find ways on how to distance me from the person.

hey,ajithlal,i'll try to make myself to calm down,not to think more what they done.In addition you can try to running , share music with your best friend,and if you feel so sad ,tell your friends the questions bothering you to make yourself better.
