Is it good? Always your behavior is rude with your worker

Most of the people always annoyed on their workers or employees. Why you do this? How you do this? Why you are late? So many questions ask and annoyed on any event. Some time the shop owner annoyed on their shop worker why this customer is returned how you talked with him/her etc.. The same think in office the director always annoyed on their employee why this documents is not properly arranged? Why meeting of Agenda is not prepared? Lot of questions and annoyed every time. In such situation the employee search the other job because they feel upset due to daily problems. Some time boss are coming from his home and home problems (like quarrel with wife)are faced then all anger show only on employee. What you think this is good, the worker or employee is also a human being and their respect is also necessary. Do you face this problem in your Company or in any job.

i think you should always try to be respectful of your bosses i mean after all they are giving you the privledge of working for them which is alot more than most people can say in todays society and i think bosses should try to respect their workers but there has to be that mutual understanding there that you are not friends you are there to work and do as your boss says but everyone in the work place will have those bosses, employees, or coemployees that annoy them the best thing to do is just to ignore them because most companies now a days just see it easier to get rid of the employees than to try to get them to work it out so just bite your tongue and be thankful you have a job

I am an excellent team player and part of running a smooth office requires that all should get along. I do not think I have ever annoyed any employees while I have been in management. I can say some employees do not do a very good job and or come late constantly. I always tried to work well with them to see if I could get things to change. It is always great to have an office running smooth so sometimes we really have to get to the root of what exactly the issues are. I have not had too many issues with employees and or caused any direct issues for my own employers.

hii funny fanta! You are right rudely behaviors is not good not only with co-worker but also with our family members also. They all are our supportive then we should respect of them. Today my eyes is not working well I am not seeing properly.. so I cant reply on your other discussions.

I work in a private company in Nigeria where the director is always hitting on the junior workers with harsh words. There are times, staff are punished for late coming. This involve deduction of salaries and wages. There are times query letter are issued by senior managers to the junior staff for failing to perform a tasks at the right time. I think this habits is everywhere. Many firm had to do it to make sure that there is discipline in the company. However, there are times in which some staff are punished just because the staff fail to satisfy the desire of the senior manager. Female staff especially the very beautiful ones are at higher risk in most organization. Senior boss want to sleep with them. They even threaten them with sack and dismissal letter. Some male boss stand on the promotion of a female staff because they female staff refuse to go out with them or date them. It is a disturbing issue in the present day world. Just recently the former head of the IMF dominique stress-kahn was accussed of assulting and hotel maid in New York who was working as a chambermaid. This resulted in dominique stress-kahn loosing a juicy appointment as the head of the IMF just because he wanted to have it with a lady1

Ohhh no how danger the senior boos wants to sleep with female staff horrible they should punished. Why female staff not complaint against them. Why people not afraid from God how they can do this cruel activity. This is very bad issue friend of female staff avoid boss demand then threaten to dismissal letter terrible

I had some very rude bosses in my life. That is why I always say first you have to be human latter boss. I think employers don't have to be rude. If they are so they have lack of culture. If you are not happy of your employee work you can express this without being rude.

no not good to be rude because that is bad attitude.A nice person should be friendly, not arrogant,not rude,treat anyone same nicely. i don't care if there is home fight with someone but still you do not need to bring that to the co workers,employee or so.Because they will be discourage ,and gossip about the bad attitude..

Hi fanta, I agree with you, majority of the people used to be rude with the workers. At the same time there are nice people too. The rudeness may give negative results dear. I think the bad victims are servants at home… they scolded for even silly mistakes. I will tell you an incident which turned serious consequences. A lady who used to scold her servant many often for silly mistakes and you know what the servant did, he got frustrated for getting scolded and beated continuously, and he killed the lady as revenge. I am not saying that the servant did a right thing, he doesn’t have any right to kill anybody but just imagine the boy’s frustrations… he got beats for small issues.. Spilling over the tea, if salt level increased in curry etc… one day he lost his patience…. here who is to blame…

It's really not good to be rude to them but there are sometimes where they make this a constant struggle. Rudeness tends to really spawn rudeness when you really think about it. By this I mean, if people are rude to you often enough, some of it tends to rub off on you after a time. It does most certainly color a lot of your behavior for sure. I really do try not to let people push my buttons to the point where I start to delve into this area of rudeness. Of course there are some days that try as I must, it is not going to be something that is going to be the most easy thing in the world to do. There are just some people who are good at nudging you and nudging you. Still try and treat people with respect, even if you aren't being treated with the best respect yourself.

It is never good to be rude to your co-worker, even if you are the boss. Animosity will be created if you are like that to your worker. Being the boss, you should be a model of exemplary office attitude, like not being late to the office , being considerate and slow to anger. You should learn to modulate your voice when you speak to your subordinates, because after all they are humans too, prone to errors.

sometimes it can happen to any person,but if it is happening regularly,that means that guy is sick,he donot know how to work and how to arrange thing,boss means a person who can solve things with cool mind,not the man who destroy things in anger,because if u loose a honest employ,he will work but not by heart that will kill the productivity of firm and whenever that employee will find any better opportunity he will leave organization.

I never heard about people who are always annoyed about their employees. Personally I think you have the right to ask your employee why he is late (again), why he/she is doing it this or that way. In business it's about making money and an employee has to be good at that. Not just shows up when he/she likes. There are frequently rules you have to use and work with so every body has the same rights, is working in the same way (since customers can complain about that and have questions about that). Rules, everybody working in the same way is what a business calls: quality, service. If people complain you have to know how or what went wrong. I never had any of these problems you descrive at any of my jobs I had in the past. If employees don't find it normal to shop up in time, work the way it's requested and are unwilling to answer questions they will not be able to get any other job either. They will always have the same kind of problems everywhere. As a chef it's your job to check out who is doing what and if they are doing it in the way the policy of the company wants it. If you are not willing to answer questions you better work for yourself and do it your way.

My friend face this problem she left her old Company because the company directory always annoyed on her. In every small thing loudly speaking not normal behave so she tired to heard this in daily routine even some time her mistake is not there but he annoyed on her. You are right asking question is normal thing but without reason annoying is bad thing.

An impulsive and abrasive manner too ofen curbs our effectiveness in the labor force.An rude and inconsiderate master always receive no respect from his employees,worse still,he may not be backed up in his work and thus some undesirable result may come up such as being dissmissed by your superior due to complains and dissatisfaction appealed from your subordinates. I have learned from the book,Working With Emotional Intelligence,which is wriiten by Daniel Goleman,that emotionsl intelligence i.e. the relationship communication does take a profound effect in business success.So,we should learn get along well with our employees and try to hold our temper even when we are extremly annoying.you know,it wll benifits your subordinates as well as yourself.

i think the employer as well as the employee both should respect each other .. mistake are commited by human being so they should not be rude to each other . and appreciate each other throughout .. if we will consider other human being also just like us then the problem would be solved ..
