thanks to God...finaly today (this morning) i had taken over my email...puh..it`s lesson for me, for not using all place for accessing internet... thanks for your praying my friend.. iam be careful since the case.. iam angry when he stole my payment of shvoong this month last night and when he make me loss because pretend to be me and cheat some of my friend.. maybe now i want to format my laptop and uninstall again my laptop.. i had founded a suspicious software(maybe this is the reason why hacker get some information related to me)... iam more be careful since this case.... thanks for reading... still be careful..

yes, i want to format my laptop.. today i get in my laptop , an danger software, maybe spyware and recoreded all data and information the software called zippaswordexe...and my antispyware had found it...

Just a suggestion. After reformatting your laptop, have a good antivirus like avast that can detect suspicious software and programs.

That's good news from u. U have to be more careful from now on, be sure to protect your laptop in the best possible way. Build firewall, have the best antivirus, malware detector and all, those are only the basics to protecting yourself well. It's troublesome when our system has been hacked because we have to spend lots of money on getting it up again, brand new start.

i think many factor i think 1. sometimes i go to internet cafe for open my gmail, fb , mylot and shvoong..not 1 warnet but more than 4 warnet...it`s my fault i think 2. sometimes my student check their task in my netbook and maybe i did not update my antivirus and happen...
