What you are like. Are you male or female. Native English speaker or not. Black, white, Asian, pink, blue, green (it's good to be green). Straight, Gay or asexual. Naughty or nice or better still both. Happy or sad, or grumpy even. Healthy or unhealthy. Rich or poor or somewhere in-between. What sort of person are YOU I wonder.

I am very mysterious! Okay just went into the cyber minded frame of mind. I am me and no matter what anyone says about me, I am what you see, hear, read and or think about me. No secrets about me online and or offline either, just plain ole me.

Just one question: How do you type such straight lines while jumping up and down all the time?

@mysdy That is a secret! Not really it is how I speak as well, I am a talker and I type exactly how my brain thinks. So I can be a bit overwhelming at times. I don't wear pigtails but I can if asked. I was a cow-girl last Halloween and wore the pigtails under my cow-girl hat.

Unless one of us admits to what/who we are, we won't ever know will we?

Why does it matter? I was having a conversation with a friend recently where she was desperate to find out whether another friend was gay. Why? How could it possibly impact on their relationship unless she was hoping to sleep with him. She told me that if I couldn't understand why she wanted to know I'd obviously been living in the woods too long. I'm still at a loss.

We have been having occasional myLot conversations for a couple of years. In that time I have discovered some basic information about you but not enough to know you real name or recognise you if I saw you. In most relationships that is the absolute baseline before any discussion begins. We accept the omission of this information quite happily and this site proves your comment that it really is unimportant. But that doesn't mean that I can't indulge in curiousity does it?

It happens I was born in a land of plenty, I happen to be male and I happen to be white. It happens that my bowl has never been empty, It happens that I've never been forced to fight. (Bruce Watson - An Accident of Birth) I am also a butterfly, with 7 careers to date (i.e. at least 5 years in the job) and 4 ex-wives and several ex-defactos. I play guitar and write songs, have a post-grad degree in anthropology, gamble successfully (greyhounds), and I am a BDSM Dominant (retired). I speak only one language, and do all my travelling in my mind. I am ferociously idealistic, am turning more cynical with every birthday, and do not suffer fools gladly. I am dying a little more rapidly than most, but will probably be around a year or three yet. I suffer bi-polar disorder, although age and energy drain has definitley rounded out the swings. I am asset rich but cash poor, although the greyhounds are beginning to have a seriously positive effect on the cash. I hate (not necessarily in this order): evangelical religions, especially the more extreme versions; conservative politicians and their toadies; pumpkin; compulsory seat belts (a long story); SUV's; inflexible conformity; there's lots more, but I have to leave now to work today's bets out. I am some of yours and a few others. I am a male that can be found in a bra (on my profile) and loves to laugh. Hence the bra! I read, study, have to be aware of my health (or die) and need my sleep at night. Phew!

Do you mean that yiu are not happy in your marriage or in life generally? Sometimes when I am down I make an inventory of the good things in my life. They always outnumber the bad things and then life doesn't seem quite so hard. Good luck.

I can see why you asked this question, sometimes you do wonder who is this Mylot person hidden behind this name and avatar. You do want to know what type of people hang on Mylot and who is responding to your discussions. Well, for me, I'm Asian but I was born in Australia and no I do not have an Aussie accent. I have no idea how to do them anyway I'm an only child and a student still doing some hardcore studying as I am in my final year of high school. I am a native English speaker, my vietnamese is actually very poor and I find it quite difficult to talk to my grandparents. I have very close high school friends who are from all walks of life and we've been a group for a very long time so I'm kinda dreading the end of high school.

Good to meet you. I hope that your studies go well and that you meet whatever your life objectives are. After school you will lose some and gain more friends. What is meant to be will be. Just enjoy it.
