I cant adjust from left to right using Page Break in MS Excel

I have problem in my MS Excel. I like to adjust the page break of the file I want to print. But I can't see any arrow where I could adjust it from left to right. Please advise how can I adjust it.

I have not been using MSExcel anymore from the time I have stopped doing office work. But, there are features therein which gives you full information on how to deal with problems which you may encounter while using the program. Go delve into those features and I honestly hope that you will be able to find the answer which will resolve this trouble.
