Who would like to come round for a cup of tea and a lovely chat?

Have done my jobs, house is nice and tidy and I'm ready for afternoon tea.
My front door is wide open for you to pop round to come in for a cuppa and a lovley home made cake, lots of chairs so all welcome, the more the merrier, come round let me wait on you this afternoon for a wee while, put your feet up and lets discuss what we have been up to day, weather or anything else that you would like to discuss with me.
Even though its cold outside, the sun is shining through my sitting room windows and I fancy inviting you all round to my house for a wonderful afternoon of good tea/coffee to drink, homemade cakes and good chat.
I'm waiting for you, wondering who is going to step first over my doorstep, "Don't forget to take your shoes off! PLEASE". Who's going to have first pick off the cakes and get the best chair in the house!
Everyone is welcome, old friends and new friends, the more the merrier, would love a full house this afternoon. So put down what you are doing and come right over now for some lovley good cheer.

Jlyn, thank you very much for saying that I have a lovely house, so glad that you feel at home, thats just how I like it.
Lots of lovley cakes, lots of tea, a fresh teapot has just been made, you must have heard the kettle boiling.
suny, so pleased that you are here and making yourself at home, I went to the toilet and fel asleep, thanks for getting on and helping yourself, just the way that I like it free and easy
suny is a real gent isn't he, sorry I fell asllep on the loo, mylot was also down last night or else I wouldn't have stayed asleep on the loo for so long

Well, please don't hang on the doorstep, you are making the place look untidy, slid those shoes of yours off and come on in, 3honor has chosen some background music, not that we will be able to hear it soon with all our happy chatting.
Come on in and take a seat, there that chair over there, just right for you, some lovley big coushins for you to rest against.
now can I offer you a tea or coffee and I most insisit you have a lovley piece of home made cake that I baked this morning, there's more than plenty to go around, chocolate, plain and a nice cherry one just to name a few.
If you like cats you may be lucky and my cat may appear and jump on your knee and ask for a stroke.
Children will be in soon and they be right around you like flies round a honey pot wanting to know all your news and share there school news with you.
Don't be shy, I know you not really that shy, we don't bite!

Well go and grab that chair next to her, she won't mind and get talking, what would you really like ot ask her since you are a sort of fan of her's, I'm sure she won't mind what you will ask her.
Don't go tongue tied will you, I'm just off to refill 3honor's cup and peep at the door to see if there is nayone esle about to walk up my pathway to come and join us......
I'm sure who ever is going to be next will just get on like a house on fire with us all.

Yes the coffee smells very good, so very glad that you were able to put your rocket pack on and get over here as quick as you did. Hope you kept your mouth closed so you didn't catch any flies.
Just slid those smart rocket red rocket boots off and place them in the corner with your rocket pack, I'm sure they will recharge before its time for you to go home, if not don't worry I have a spare bed, same if you eat too much cake and need to rest instead of having a go on the wiifit.
Just heard we are half way through National Sauasge week here in England, can you smell them in my oven, must get them out before they burn. Have some lovely cheese and onion rolls for the veggies.
You are definiate at the correct house, everyone is waiting for you to come in.

Hi Anne! It makes it so so delightful to see a wholehearted invitation with so many things dished up, OMG the only problem is, it takes me hell of a lot of time & money to be there. So why not have this virtual coffee lounge for the best discussions what with other accompaniments not being there? LOL. I think we can manage them all if we can have wonderful discussions.

Can you smell 3honor's coffee? Are you a coffee person? I have normal tea, herbal tea and Earl Grey tea if you are not a coffee person. So pleased that you like my inviation, sorry but 3honor has the best chair, but you can have the second best chair, its right next to £honor so hope you get along, I'll get you some cake so you don't pinch 3honor's lovely homemade chocolate cake.
By the way just love the shoes you have left nice and neat and tidy in my hallway.

May I couch on the lovely floor please? Its so tidy and inviting! Here in my country, traditionally we sit comfortably with folded cross legs. I hope that doesn't annoy 3honors and the others!! But for tea, I love the aroma of Earl Grey always. :D

You may sit where ever you wish so if the floor is more comforty then please free free to feel at home as you wish, I would love you ti feel like this is your home as well.
I'm brewing some Earl Grey right now in the lovely teapot so it will only be a mo or two.
No you won't annoy anyone by sitting on the floor as some people will end up sitting on pillows on the floor, haven't got a never ending supply of chairs, so we will just squeeze in all together.

We are still drinking tea nad eating cake so quick come on over there is still plenty of time to come and join the lovley party.
Pain mylot keeps going down,I was so keen to get back last night to carry on the party and it I couldn't get here.

Ok. Will close the door but I have put a HUGE notice on the front door to say this is where the cups of tea are and to ring the bell and walk right in as the door isn't locked.
Glad that you would be the first to come and last to leave, means my house is going to be full for ever as everyone thinks the same as you do!

YES WE ARE STILL OPEN, closes when the last person goes.
Would love to taste your cupcakes you are bringing. We can all swop cupcake recipes and I can show you all the new ready made frosting I got inthe shop the other day.

There is no left overs, all nice fresh cakes, sauage roll, Louievill cooking in the kitchen with the wok so its all fresh here,
Fresh tea in the teapot, fresh coffee in the coffee pot.
Come on over and relax with us all, there's still a few chairs left, I'm sure we can put the telly on quitely for a wee while, want everyone ot be happy

Yes all fesh here, fresh tea in the teapot, fresh coffee in the coffee pot and loads of fresh cakes, some from my oven nice and hot, friends have brought lovely cupcakes and apple pie
Clean plates and cups and we are doing very well tidying up the throw away plates etc, we like to keep this party nice nad clean.

Invite is still open its a 24/7 7 day week party so as longs as people keep coming we shall keep making cups of tea and handing cakes round etc
PLENTY OF EVERYTHING TO GO ROUND and plenty more out back to bring out when supplies get low, plus lovely friends have been bringing apple pie, cupcakes, etc to help the party along and to make sure I'm not out of pocket.
We can dance as they say in England until the cows come home, and we have lazy cows so it will be a very long time until they decide to come home!
Looking forward to watching dup's dance video and learning all the new moves

Doesn't matter where you are,just put your power pack on your back and fly here, thats what a couple of people have done, leave your power pack and boots in hallway.
Lots of company and lots of cups of tea here for you to enjoy while you make friends and bump into old freinds.
We are having so much fun and need you here to help out with the fun, Loievill is cooking up something in his wok and teaching us as he goes.
Someone else has brought some lovley homemade cupcakes..... reminds me I must catch her before she leaves later on for the recipe as they are just so yummy

Thank you for inviting me in for tea and cake. I'd love to sit and chat awhile. I haven't done too much today, but have been busy all week. I did give my big outside dog a hair cut... he had a lot of the old underhair that was matted.. so I cut out all those mats and smoothed him down.. he really enjoyed that.. he's such a good boy. I mentioned 'bath' to Ivan.. my chihuaha and he ran.. he has even learned to spell B A T H.. and knows it means he gets a bath.. so he runs when I spell it too... such a good boy though.. once I get him wet he stands still for the bath very well.
I had to take my daughter for Xrays of her neck and spine... she possibly has a fracture or two in her neck and below. She took a very bad fall and the doctor thinks she has some hairline fractures. The results will be in by Monday I think.... I had an MRI yesterday... so I'm ready to just chill out with a cup of tea and enjoy your company. Thanks so much for having me!

So lovely that you are able to come on over for a cup of tea and a piece of cake, great that you haven't done much today and want to have a rest and a good old chat.
Boy, your dog's haircut looks really smart, our cat is off to the vet's on monday for his annual jabs. Will be sick and have his bowels open on the way there and back and its only just down the road.
Hope the bath went ok. Haven't bathed an animal for years. Good luck on future baths.
Hope your daughter is doing ok, hope her xrays went well.
Lots of people here to chill out with and to chat with. Loads of cake and there is still some apple pie left and Loisvil did a great job in the kitchen with his wok, food tastes just as good cold as it did hot which is good as it means he can have a rest and chat with us.

Hope you are having fun Pointless, dup is doing such a very good job of mingling in with everyone and helping me make sure everyone is feeling at home and getting refills of tea/coffee and that there plates are never empty.
