I'm sorry but I never heard such a thing. If it's true then you can try searching for anyone who have been already paid and asked how you're gonna get paid. But I have not seen any option there... if it's new then they might flash a notification there.

I didn't heard a bout it too, i know that some people manage a business from FB but no one earn money to use FB

The only paying thing I know in Facebook is Cloudcrowd and I can't remember the other one. Cloudcrowd is very difficult now, I think. I haven't done any task in Cloudcrowd for a while.
Those are not really Facebook, just application in Facebook that lets you earn by doing tasks.

that would be amazing if it will pay you, but i have never heard that you can earn by uploading a video, indeed you can use facebook as a tools to gain traffic for your sites. that's the only way facebook can help you to earn money, traffic.

I have not heard that facebook pays for using it. that is a place wherein people can get in, walk, sit, talk and come out.
