My friend T is always cooking for himself, his partner and all his friends and family. He loves to cook. His partner is always concerned that he doesn't eat enough. He is always telling my friend to pack a lunch for work and so on. Another issue he has with my friend is that when he comes home from work, (he works the graveyard shift that he doesn't eat breakfast. My son says when he comes homes he is tired and not really that hungry though he might make himself some toast but then he goes straight to bed. Well my friend has a friend visiting from another country and yesterday she surprised him with pancakes, sausages, bacon and eggs for a big breakfast before she left for a mini trip to another province. She will be back on friday. My friend was so pleased, finally somebody cooked for him.

That was a grwat news. he is so fond about caring for others and I think he disregard the fact that he needs someone to take care of him. I'm glad that someone finally cooked for him. Always remind your friend that he should not forget that he is also human and subject to sickness. If he doesn't feel like eating, take some food supplements to help him though.

I don't understand why his partner can't even cook for him. He is concerned that he does not eat enough and keeps telling him to pack lunch for work but why can't she do it for him? The very reason why your friend could not eat enough is because nobody cares to cook for him. It's alright if he is just staying at home all day but he is working and at graveyard shift. Imagine how tiresome it is to come home and find no food and he still has cook for yourself after all night of working. I understand why your friend will just opt to sleep. Surely he won't have the urge to cook for himself at all for he is tired and sleepy already. Now the guest did a wonderful thing for him which pleased him so. He was so pleased because for the first time somebody cared to prepare food for him. It is wonderful to see that somebody is caring to cook and prepare food for you. I hope his family will realize that.

It sure is different when someone cooks for you. I cooked for daughter all of her growing up years. Then I cooked for my granddaughter for a dozen years when I had guardianship of her, and then for them all for a time. Now I have retired and I have my daugher cooking. I have shown her some of my recipes and she has afew of her own. It works out well.

It is really great that someone could cook for you especially tired after one day work.I do not cook often,i live with my sister,so sometimes we go out to eat for dinner. But anyway,we would have a great meal if we want to cook at home.lol

That is wonderful that she cooked for him. My family loves when I cook a big country breakfast. I like to cook when I know people will eat. My SIL is off to work every day about 4 am so when he he is off on Sundays I try to make breakfast for him. On the rare occasion that my daughter cooks a favorite meal of mine I love it. I taught her to cook it. But I swear food tastes better when someone else cooks it. (if they are a good cook)
