I can give good responses in life experiences, some health issues, cooking, baking, sewing, gardening and some others. I am not necessarily an expert in those areas, but have done many of them most of my life.

No. I haven't thought of that. Maybe it is high time I think about it. I would go for health related issues, life, people or any discussions pertaining to people. What about you?

That true. It is hard to call your self an expert unless others prove you to be.

No one is an expert in any interest but it is the interests that draw you in. I think I could do well in one or two interests but then they don't exist yet as far as i know lol. I might get around to it one day lol

I'm not an expert in any of the interests in myLot, but I am knowledgeable in some of them since I can draw on my past experiences to give a very decent response. Some I've studied in the past. Some I'm currently doing right now. But I still have lots of things to learn even if I know a lot about a certain interest.

I come to mylot in seek of friendship and learning so I had never thought of my being an expert on any field although, if I think about it, I could give some advise on writing and language (in Spanish). But I dont think a good response is only given by an expert. Anyone with common sense can give a good response when you are talking. A post is nothing more than a good conversation, at leat that´s how I feel about it.

Well,i am not an expert on any subjects. I just communicate with other mylot members to change our views and make discuss happily to kill the free time. Maybe because i am a female and have a kid, so i can give some advice to those whose kids are small. Maybe i can give some advice to those newbies just join mylot through the experiences i have got these years. It is a good idea to have some experts who are good at some topics and can give constructional advice or help to other mylot members.

I have responded to well over 4000 topics and have commented on a good number of responses here. Would this activity place me under the category of 'expert'!?

Hello, yes it possible that some one can response better on some specific interest. For example a doctor can response better on health topic and and IT expert can write better on computer or internet topic. But I am not expert of any interest. I write what I know.

I don't think I am an expert. Usually I just respond to those discussions I am interested in, or I have similar feelings or experiences as the one who post this discussion. Sometimes I couldn't comment on any discussions.

Me an expert ??? Still far ... far away from that area. In my opinion, to provide proper answer/respond for particular discussion/interest, we need to make small observation. For example; if someone ask about particular site legitimacy, make small investigation/observation about that site will help. Anyone can do this but sometimes people too lazy to do it. Happy lotters

I agree with your answer. Most experts on things have been through those situation and experienced such things themselves. They were experts because they have been there and done that and survived them all (was referring to problems )

no, i am not like that, i am not an expert in one particular interest. i will try to respond all of discussion that i can, and i will try to give the best. and i can't rate myself whether i am an expert in an interest or not. only another respondent and discussion starter that could judge it. maybe, if i could, i want to be an expert in one of interest in mylot, but i think that will need so much experience, in order to give the best respons to the question. and i think it is really difficiult thing... cheers.

I don't consider myself an expert. Most response I'm giving was based on my personal experiences and thoughts about things. Could right and could be wrong sometimes.

I choose for my interest many things, but write primarily for things of my life. I try to live eco life, my education about animals and have long experience, have many hobbies and now practice blogging and affiliate marketing. So I write about all that, I know a lot, but when I don't know something I just ask :).

I am a therapist and have a passion for Zen as a form of spiritual and self development. I would never say that I am an expert, because it is not a subject that you can learn everything. It is more a philosophy for life, that there is always something more to learn and quite often the teacher and student can change places with the teacher learning something from what the student is saying as well as teaching the student the value of meditation for instance, in Zen. If somebody says that they think I am an expert, I just tend to say that I am still learning, just that I have been doing for for longer... _Derek

If it's something to do with crafts I probably have done it and probably know a bit more about it then the average bear. Like stamping, scrapbooking, painting......I like doing anything that is crafty.....so I might be considered an expert!

For me, i have no particular interest to which i am an expert. I just speak through experience and knowledge about the subject. But it doesn't mean , i am an expert on it.

Well first just to clear - Expert does not mean Pefection . That means you have great knowledge about the ... how to call it ... The THINGY :D So well in my opinion if you are a cook and you cook at restaurant every day a lto of different things and you are good at experimenting and have the knowledge about the cooking . Then you are expert at cooking . Ofcourse there might be better people then you on it but still you do your thingy and everyone is satisfied with it . But do i find myself expert at something . Well i watch animes and play online games for the last ~~10 years , i cook for the people around me and they like it but i dont find myself an expert . But lets say overall i have played like over 150 mmos, 200 games for pc and tons of other . I cook every day and i experiment and cook lots of different things . I watch animes watched over 200 of them from 12 ep to around 400 ep long ones . But i dont think i'm an expert in something i just thing from overall experiance i have some better viewpoints and that might effect my opinion in better way . But still it does not mean its better then everyone else :) Ok i lost myself :D

No, I never considered myself an expert. Maybe perhaps sharing my own experience regarding to a particularly interesting topic and a little passion on writing and research.
