But I like that..Because she do this work for us everyday...So I will not ask her any help on vacations to cook food...Thank you...

hey dassodils, its not like that as you are thinking lets me tell you in brief my friend having the same thinking about his mother he too saw her mother lazyness for doing works and putting all her works for their children is the only task she do. but once her mother fall ill then she told her childrens that she is not lazy she is doing this only to realize her childrens that they are growing now they need to take responsiblities to meet the needs of the world, in the same way may be your mother too teaching you the lesson of life

I think your mom is intentionally doing that so you can learn all these things while you're having your vacation from school. By obliging you to do those house chores and cooking, it will help you improve your skills doing those things. So you won't need to wait for her or always rely on her.

Your mom gets up early every day all year and now just to make you dinner, in addition to working, and now, for a few days, she just wants to work for just a few days, and I'm sure she will go back to getting up early once the holidays are over and she is Lazy? Is that what I'm reading? That does not seem right to me.

Hi! She is importing you training as far as kitchen activities are concerned so that once you get married you could shoulder the responsibilities of a married woman.

I believe that a vacation is called a vacation for a reason. It is a time where you should be able to take off from the chores and responsibilities that you have on a regular basis. As for me, I haven't had the opportunity to have a vacation for some years, but that is okay because there are times that I do get away from home for a little while just so that I am able to have a little break from the things that I always have to do.

Vacation should be a lazy time. Let her relax. Sounds like she is a good mom and takes good care of you everyday. Give her a brake.

Yeah your right, you should give your Mom her a break from household duties especially cooking the family meals. Since you have said she had her work too in the office, she deserves to be free from her cooking while you have your holidays from school. It's a good opportunity too for you to familiarize yourself the duties of a housewife just in case you decided to have your own family.

Hello Dassodils, Sometimes people do get bored when they have to do the same work every day so your mother might have got bored with the same routine and has taken an off from it and handed over the responsibility to you for the time being as she knows that you would do justice to the responsibility.Hope once you will be back to studies your mother would take up the cooking resp. again.

Hmm... Well just talk about this to your mother dear. If your mother is doing something then trust me it will be for your own good. May be she wants you to learn certain things on your own. If you are not liking the things then go and talk to her. i am sure she will guide you or will let you know her motive behind doing so. Always remember that your parents are the only people in the world who love you selflessly. Respect them and help them when they are in need. Our very existence is because of them. we can never do enough for them.

So good of your mom dassodils. She is letting you rule her kitchen. :-) She is giving you the opportunity to learn and do it on your own and whats important is she trust you completely with the works she did not entrust to anyone. :-) Make the most out of it dear..

So you get to experience a taste of motherhood before you are one, isn't that cool? Also, our moms work for us everyday, so this break is a deserved one. Good luck with the chores.

dassodils, as you grow up, you will find that's not easy being a mother. she supports the whole family by working each day,you should be considerate to her. and if possible kindly help her cooking. i believe you can.
