So Cary's doing really well. We went over his test scores as compared to prior years, and in some cases he's progressed more than 24 months worth in the last year. Was good to hear as next year he will be moving into middle school, and that can be a very scary place even for kids who don't have a disability. Speech therapy and early intervention really does work, folks! Hooray for Cary!

Great to here Cary is doing well! My friend has a 7 year old son who is Austistic. He is in second grade and doing well, too. Brett, the boy's name, has had his his ups and downs. He has great parents and his teachers are doing a good job! I didn't go to middle school! I went to grade school K-8th grade. I then went to High school and that was scarey! At least when Cary starts middle school his twin sister Naomi will be there! I hope she helps him out!

It is great to hear that Cary has been able to progress so well in the last several months. I think that early intervention is something that is important for children that do have disabilities. In addition to that, I think that the growth in knowledge in the autistic spectrum that has taken place in the last decade or so has really made it possible for people with these disabilities to succeed in life.

Yes, indeed! Hooray for Cary! Early intervention is important that is for sure. Glad to hear he is doing so well. My grandson is doing better but not alot of improvement. With behavioural problems it is hard to get a full year of good work done.
