Im actually cleaning now

I'm taking a break, but I'm finally cleaning like I should have been doing. It's actually not taking me as long as I had originally thought. Just gathering up some trash and clothes, and putting the clothes in the hamper, the trash in trash bags. I still have a ways to go when it comes to organizing, but for right now it's looking better.
I guess this is "pre spring" cleaning for me. I'm going to clean other areas like the bathroom and I'm going to do a lot of laundry today.
When was the last time you did a thorough cleaning?

Inspired by another discussion here in myLot, I actually cleaned my van this morning. It's a bit hard lugging a regular vacuum over and above the seats so it's a bit of hardwork doing so. And it's been a while since I've cleaned it so it also took more than an hour.
It's also my pre-spring spring cleaning.

I would have just taken it to a car wash, many have the little vaccuums that cost about a quarter and have a long hose, that way you can vaccumn it out and it's not as much of a hassle. Glad you got that done though and I bet you feel better having done it too!

Goodness, I do not remember. I do bathrooms on my days off. I have a lot of stuff to organize. I sure do feel good when I haul stuff out and away, though.

It definitely feels very good to get stuff done. I need to get more done and have plenty of time to do it now.

From Jan 2nd through the 20th, we did a massive cleaning at our place. We were very lucky that it only rained hard one day, and we worked inside on that day.
We did kind of take it easy on the last Monday (what was that, the 16th?) but other than that, we had young people over to help and even had another shed built to store stuff in.

That's a good thing, i think i should also start cleaning, I've been procrastinating for like many days now. LOL. But keep it up. Get all the thing clean and ready.

Looking better is always a good start. I need to do some things in the way of organizing but am not up to it right now. I hope the Spring will give me the jolt I need and get me going. Can't remember the last time I did a thorough cleaning. Probably two Summers ago when I moved back in here.

The last time I cleaned was when I moved in October. I have been so busy taking care of my husband who has a serious foot condition and needs to be taken care of. It is a great feeling of accomplishment when you get things done.
