Some people look forward to having the signature from the celebrities. It makes them happy to have the signature on the CD, books and so on. Do you have such kind of thing that signed by the celebrity?

I never had anything autographed by any celebrity. All the people whom I want to have something to be signed by them are not from my country. That's one of the things I'd do if I had money to travel a lot. I'll make sure I visit at least some of them and hopefully have their autograph. And top of my list is Pele, one of the greatest if not the greatest soccer player in the world :)

Yep, a little bit big, I know. I guess I like having big ambitions. It makes me strive harder :) Besides, it's doable. I'll give myself about 6 years more than I can start reaching for those ambitions I have :)

When I was a little girl I used to watch Dorothy Hamill skate on TV & I so wanted to be her. I even wanted my Mom to cut my hair exactly like hers. Well my husband who is the manager for a major jewelry store actually met her. She was there to promote her line of the "Love, Help and Hope" jewelry Collection. She created this line of jewelry for all cancer survivors. She herself survived cancer. She is such an inspiration to so many people. My husband told her about how I've been a fan since I was a little girl & would she autograph her picture for me. She was so kind my husband said & very polite. The minute he came home I asked him for my photo & I immediately put it in a picture frame. It's been on my wall in my study ever since.

When I was a teenager me and my friend were always sending off by post for signed autographs of television actors and actresses, some would ignore our requests, others would send photos back personalized to 'our names' from them, which we kept in a scrapbook, sadly we got rid of them, they'd be worth a small fortune now on Ebay! I do have a signed number 10 football shirt by Michael Owen which I actually won in an online competition many years ago now, but that is the only signed thing I have now.

I have all kinds of stuff, 90% of it which I gained personally, by meeting these people. I also have a few celebrity friends. They are among an older crowd, as that is the kind of music that interests me. We are friends because I see them more as humans, than as celebrities.

Yes I do have one but that was so long ago when I was still in grade schol. My friends and I were crazy about this local artist and we went to her concert one day. I, along with other fans, asked for her autograph back stage. I only had a notebook back then so she just signed there. It's long gone now, I even forgot what she wrote, LOL! All I can remember was her signature smiley face with halo sign. Oh, I almost forgot, there was also one time when a local basketball team came to our school and all of us ask for their autographs. Again, I can't remember where I placed it. LOL Yes I do have one but that was so long ago when I was still in grade schol. My friends and I were crazy about this local artist and we went to her concert that one fine day. I, along with the other fans, asked for her autograph back stage. I only had a notebook back then so she just signed there. It's long gone now, I even forgot what she wrote, LOL! All I can remember was her signature smiley-face-with-halo sign. Oh, and I almost forgot, there was also one time when a local basketball team came to our school and all of us ask for their autographs. Again, I can't remember where I placed it. LOL! Also, another incident when a famous basketball player was discovered having dinner at a local eatery in front of our school; almost all of the students came there to ask for his autograph. When it was my turn to ask him, he declined saying he needs to eat first. That was really embarassing for me. I never got his autograph. Hahahahahaha!

Hello you less. Well I did get an autograph from a person that is or better said was famous here in the television entertainment business but instead of writing for Alex, he wrote for Alice as he probably heard my name wrong. As for others signs of celebrity, some autographs from local actors should be mentioned.

Probably no one you know, but I used to work at a television show and we had guests on a show every day so I got all their autographs. Talley Sevales, D*ick Gotier, Charley Pride, Lee Majors, Mell Tillis, Leondard Nemoy. Few more, but I can't think of them right now. Oh yeah, Chrystal Gayle is one.

So far, I have been met with celebrities several times, mostly I met them on big mall. But I never asked them for signature or such. I don't think it's as a good thing to collect..

I had got only a single autograph from a serial actor. I had got the autograph when I saw her in a function. At that time I asked her for here autograph and she gave me a smile with the reply Yes. I was thrilled and I am happy to tell you that I own a serial actors autograph. I kept it inside my diary very safely.

I don't get CDs or books signed by anybody. But I do get celebrities to sign on a piece of paper which I then stick in a book and label (name of celebrity and date) for my son. Since my son is into music and we are homeschooling, we do get to meet a few celebrities.

hi youless I am a real stick in the mud as I have not got anything \signed by a celebrity. I guess I am not 0ne who has the nerve to ask a celebrity to sign something for me. There are some celebrities that I admire but not enough to get their signatures at all. I am really not star struck like so many of my fellow Americans For one thing so many celebs do not live the kind of lives I would admire at all. Let those who love to do that keep on getting the signatures. Not me.

I haven't had. What of it,getting a signature from a celebrity? I am not likely to be a star fun at my age,but then I couldn't see my way to do that even if I were young.I think there is no point in doing that but showing off,let alone some celebrities having poor handwriting.

No. I wont waste my time hanging out waiting for a celebrity to sign my book or CD . Infact, I will not buy a book from authored by celebrity since most of them are exeggerated version of the celebrity life and nothing else important.
