Question to mylot team and any of mylot freinds

I have sent mylot a message regarding changing my payout moving from $10 to $100. Have been into my messages to see if anyone has replied and doing something about it.. AND... The person who has recieved my message is not going to answer my question as they have had no activity for 60 days and hasn't logged into mylot for 3 years!!! Have sent them another message, not that they will read it, also I had to ask them to be my freind, but if they haven't logged in for 60 days how are they going to become my friend and answer my question? Hence i'm posting this discussion for two reasons 1) Someone from admin may read this and get back to me and help me 2) One of my freinds here on mylot will be able to help me on how i'm meant ot contact admin in another way as when I go into contact admin I can only get this person who isn't active on mylot!! Daft!!!!

Good morning. If I understand correctly, you have tried to change it in the appropriate location but the change doesn't seem to be sticking, is this right?

Anne and I are both from the UK, and I've having trouble changing mine as well. I've been to the appropriate location, and changed it to $50 .. confirmed my address as it stated. Then confirmed my email address, as it stated. And now it keeps telling me to confirm my email address/address repeatedly.. and won’t save the changes. I assume Anne is having the same problem.

update.. mine suddenly worked. so maybe Anne's will too if this has been a common problem.

If you are talking about Alice maybe she(he) isn't asked to work now. I would write to Admin. and continue to write them. I would try several different ways. The 'contact us' and explain about Alice, And how ever else you have been doing it. It must be frustrating and i hope it doesn't mean we have some big delimna facing us.

The person you contact does not have to be on your friend list. I would go to the bottom of this page and hit the "contact us" link. It will give you a pull down menu of a variety of topics. If your concern is not on that list the very last choice is "other". If you select "other" you will be able to type in your issue.

Thats what I did and then when I tried to comment on my question to the person it went to said I couldn't as I neeed to be there freind, so thats when I tried to be freinds and it said they had no activivty for 60 days and when I looked it said that they hadn't logged in for 3 years. Hopefully alice is going ot change it for me Busy evening so not much time on mylot tonight.... off ot bed now

Hi Anne. Better get ready for those kids coming in from school! I know how demanding they can be. LOL The link I used in the past to try and get help was http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#12. Hope someone has left you a good solution to this. Talk to you later!

I've also had wanted to contact admin to clarify a certain issue I encountered. And from what I learned from the discussions here, one fast way is to send a private message to GoAskAlice. So I sent an invite but till now, it hasn't been accepted. Although it was only a minor thing but still it would have been great if it was answered. I hope this wouldn't be the case anymore if and when I do encounter some major issues that I need to clarify. I hope you'd be able to resolve this matter :)

You don't need to send an invite. Simply compose a new message and enter GoAskAlice in the 'to' box. You won't get an error message when you send, as you would if any other person were not on your friends list.

I'm new member to mylot and have just recently started coming here. So, I wouldn't really be able to help you out but it would be nice to find out how we can contact the admin if ever we have some sort of issue/problem that needs to be resolved here. I'm looking forward to hearing what other mylotters have to say to this question. I hope you get an answer from the admin soon...

Don't you prefer your income being transfered to your paypal soon? Most mylotters want to have it as soos as possible. Its strange you wanted your minimum to be 100.

I thought I would try and save a nest egg for christmas as we shall be doing some online shopping then and it will be good ot have the paypal account swelled a bit with some extra cash..... I'm also saving food stamps etc ready for christmas
