Do you want to reduce weight of your body ? Can't you check your inclination to eat fat foods ? But excessive fat food and sweets increase cholesterol and glucose in your blood. As a result you can become fatty and fall in the risk of health hazards. You can be victim of diabetes. But the researchers found out a way to get rid of this risk. The researchers of Kobe University of Japan said, the complications created by eating fat foods can be diminished by drinking tea every day. They found that black and green tea are helpful to reduce weight. Tea prevents from getting pot-bellied. An article published in the Daily Mail says, excessive eating of fat foods Type 2 diabetes can be created. Eating of fat foods for long time a change occurs in the blood by which the natural insulin resistance power of the body can not work.

Hi bhanu, I think green tea is better than the normal variety since it contains anti oxidents and also is known to help reduce weight.However, if one reduces rice,saturated fats and carbohydrates in ones diet it is easier to maintain or reduce weight - all the best bhanu , enjoy your evening

Tea is good for you in moderate amounts. Also, tea that does not have caffeine in it, is obviously better for you as well.
