Snakes everywhere

Last night I didn't get to sleep until five am, I just could not sleep as I was not feeling good. When I did get to sleep, I dreamt of snakes. A lot of snakes everywhere, and I remember people thinking I was crazy for my fear of them. Then they realized why I was afraid and started to tell me "there's a snake right there". It was really very creepy!
I couldnt' go anywhere without there being snakes and I remember running from them and just trying to get them out of my sight.
I've looked up the symbol of snakes in dreams, and well let's just say it's not a far fetched symbol.
Any Snake Lovers out there? You can have my dream - snakes.

You would definitely not like a picture I recently saw on facebook then, a boa constrictor and a foolish man!
Imagine having a sister who actually didn't mind snakes growing up? My sister isn't scared of snakes.

I used the definition from dreammoods.com, or rather the dream symbol. I think I ended up giving my dream dictionary to someone a few years ago. I am glad it's a sign of good luck.
Poor Hubby, now I know I toss and turn and when I dream, I know I move around as I've woken up from a dream still kicking.

Oh my..no thank you...not wanting those images. I have heard alot of different things about snake dreams. Have you been tempted lately by anything? I have heard that these dreams can be because you have been tempted by something you aren't sure about or might not be so great.

I absolutely am TERRIFIED of snakes. I probably would have woke up having panic attacks if I had that dream. Thank God I have never had a dream about them.
Ugh. I am glad it was just a dream and not real for ya.

Before I fell asleep for some reason a snake came into my mind, I know that's really odd. It was just a fleeting thought and I didnt' focus on it, so not sure why it carried into my dreams.
I've had several dreams about snakes.

Hello cowgirl. I know what you mean being glad when a nightmare is over. I had one years ago and was so scared I couldn't move for a long time after I woke up. My nightmare was about mentally ill people. I had watched a horror move about a mentally ill hospital and the inmate were not very nice. I think the reason I had a nightmare about them was because a the time I was working and living in a halfway house for them. As for snakes I'm not really afraid of them but will stay away from them. I don't mind them as long as they are caged too. There are some really beautifully colored ones. Bright yellow, red and green ones.

Snakes? That would be scarey. No snake lover here. I remember a episode of Infested on cable and a family had moved into a farm and had scads of snakes in their well. I think that if I dreamt of snakes it would wake me up. Ugh! Here is some info on dreaming about snakes.

Oh I don't evny you those dreams. I do not like snakes at all. I would hate to have dream about them. Have you encountered any snakes lately? Either in real life or possibly seen one on tv or something? That might have triggered your dream. I have no idea what they mean symbol wise.

I had the same kind of dream two weeks ago. It was in the afternoon, at five. I had an appointment with dentist at six that same day. And then, there was this strange dream of snakes and the setting was in their clinic. It was in my dream that my friend who is working on that clinic was surrounded by snakes of all sizes.
I don't know why but I had my appointment cancelled on that day and gave my friend a call and told her about my dream. We really don't what's the meaning of our dreams but sometimes it has a bit of connection to our lives.

Chances are that dreaming about snakes means you are facing many challenges and issues in your life. Big or small issue depends really because only you know what are your challenges. Well maybe it is not a bad thing anyway. It could also means that despite all those issues, you will be able to get through, or your life will be transform for the better, (hence the snake skin changing thing). In other words, you are healing from your past hurt.

You dicussion remind me of a documentary I watched one or two weeks ago, which is telling a story about an African guy who once perfomed sleeping in a glass room with hundreds of poisonous sneaks. I was shocked by the sence that so many sneaks creeping over him. Nightmares. What an amazing world, someone dislike them, and someone just go crazy for them. For me, sneak is some kind of weird creature, which is cold-blooded, and terrible looking. Running is my first choice when I saw a sneak.

I am very scared of snakes and when I dreamt about them I end up turning on all the lights and calling my husband in the middle of the night. There are times that I watched movies regarding snakes I did sleep that night because I am very afraid that I might see them in my dreams. But my mother told me before that when you dreamt about snakes they sending you a message and always be careful because might someone will betrayed you. I dont know if that's true.
