what do you think about the topless picture of Kate middleton??
i think it`s her privacy..
why many mass media and journalist didn`t respect the privacy??
i agree with the respond of her husband, prince William for protecting his wife from any "attack" from Papparazi..He doesn`t want what happen to his mother will be same like to his wife...

I have only heard about them, and I guess they are from her past, when she was not the fiance of William. But regardless, when you are in private, you can be dressed like you wish, especially if you are with your boyfriend, fiance, husband. How could she knew that she is being photographed? I don't think that this should affect her in any way, because this can happen to anybody. If I would take a shower and somebody would make me a photo, and I wouldn't notice, and later on, I would become a famous person, why should this affect me?

So there is no problem with it. I really don't care, because they are young and it is normal for them to feel good next to each other. How many women are topless on the beaches, so why should this be an exception?

Kate Middleton is more than celebrity, she's part of The Kingdom, will always been the focus of paparazzi. I agree that it is her privacy, but she must realize that she is not "usual person" right now, she must be careful with her attitude on public. once she made mistake, she will get the impact.

of course..she will become the next queen for England..

She and her husband realizes it..so they makes honeymoon in remote island..how come the journalist and paparazzi still search and hunt their privacy too??

of course, I was born on UK, adhyz,it's about several years I live in Indonesia
well, I have a biography book about Lady Diana, and that book was telling about the story of Lady Diana and the character of paparazzi. I also read about paparazzi attitude through magazine and many news paper. if you were a celebrity and they want hunt you, they can find you even you hide yourself from anything, anywhere and anyone. they are very different than Indonesia pers -well, we can't call the pers in Indonesia as paparazzi ( paparazzi describe as "pencari foto selebriti" ). they can walk to your house secretly and wait for hours to hours just to catch your photos and get the news. especially in UK, paparazzi is very strict and disturbing

i didnt know about that. but kate is a normal girl like any other. even she is a princess she has the right to do what she wants. if she wants to be in topless in the beach thats ok. its her life. people love gossips you know and thats the biggest problem. we all should think before say something bad about others. they cant criticize. its her life. she is free. im glad william defended her.

I heard about this. I haven't listened to the news in about a week. I heard a Joke today that there was a magazine article on Kate Middleton and she had clothes on. I guessed they had found picture of her naked. What was she on a toPless beach or something? She is exactly in the position as Wills mother it can't be avoided

I haven't heard this news yet. I don't know why there will be such kind of photos. Did someone take photos for Kate secretly and she didn't know it at all? Or she had these photos taken willingly? I have to say that it is not easy to be a celebrity because many people pay attention to you.

I think celebrities need to be given privacy just like any other person deserves. If someone snuck in my yard or wherever private location I was in and took pictures of me while I was naked I would sue. Of course no one would do this to me because I am not famous but they should do it to famous people. It is wrong what they did to her.

@shaggin : yes, especially when they take vacation in remote area..i don`t get the point that they want every of their minutes is hunted by paparazzi or media...so do you think that the media must apologize for royal family especially for Prince William and his wife?
@janey : don`t make Kate have a same situation with her mother in law...

I'm glad they've won that court injunction in France to stop further publications..although it just applies to that country.
I've also seen where that scumbag photographer took his photos and it's on a private road way beyond the villa they were staying in..so he would HAVE to use a huge, telephoto lens to get his pics.
The paparazzi followed Diana around relentlessly and looked what happened to her.

I agree, she should have her privacy. But, she should have also been responsible enough since she knows she's a public figure. She should have not gone topless even if there are no media around. She should act as a role model for being one of the royal families now. We can't do anything about the pictures anymore since it's already there, the only thing she can do is to learn from it and hopefully all of us will understand her reasons for doing the said act.

I can see both sides of this. They were on private property on holiday, but they are not stupid and know journalists always want pictures of them. I am surprised that she took her top off, knowing they were near a road, however safe they thought they were.

If Kate is holding important office then these photos are objectionable. Otherwise it is her privacy. Mike Gatting, the captain of England cricket team was seen in private life with a woman. When photos were published he lost hi captainship.

they know if they often appears in TV they can be more famous and get more job
maybe i should told paparazzi to take my cute picture
who knows i can be famous
