I have to have my girlfriend help me do simple tasks on the computer, so I'm not computer savvy at all. I just pick at typing too, 1-2 fingers; which makes it slow. She is trying to teach, but gets so frustrated, because I just can't learn. I guess I'm just an old dog, without any new tricks.
I've had her look for stuffing envelopes jobs for me. She's found plenty about it. But nowhere to sign up. Even found a lady, charging $69.00 for the companies and sites and information for how she has earned over $1,800 a week. Crazy, if you think I'm paying that.
Do you have any ideas on where I should look and go about doing this? I'm more of a laborer, so this is up my alley, and I leave the computer work mostly to her. Thank you, very much, especially if you know the sites and companies or even have some experience that worked for you. Thanks to you all.

thank you. I've only seen 2 blogs that said it is possible, but of course, they didn't give names or anything. Inotherwords, no luck, yet, it's difficult to find true businesses without having to start right from scratch. I'm still looking for something, to be able to provide and stay home and take care of family. Of course, I was smart, I found myLot and learning alot from others, which is the best resource available.
Thank you so much, for your input.

um. I'm not sure that would work for me, I'm not prejudice of jobs, it's just that I'm guy. My girlfriend has done that stuff before, and also I do that at home anyway, taking care of my household and family.
Thank you.

I'm sorry to disappoint you but there is no such thing as a job stuffing envelopes that you don't have to pay for supplies. Then you won't make much money if you find one. There are plenty of ways to make money on the internet. You won't get rich but you can make some money. Look around Mylot and you might find the right thing for you.

Thank you. My girlfriend does alot of the different sites/programs online. I'm just not into answering surveys and doing offers, they all pretty much have the same offers or want you to download or buy or register for something. We have found a few that work for us, but I can't see how to even get started in some: ie. writing articles; they want to see your work, umm. I don't have any in that area. Writing reviews or mystery shoppers, no thanks, not even time in my schedule with my kids for that. I'll keep doing what we are doing for now. Am hoping that something turns up that is for real, to start our home business though.
Thank you for your thoughts.

I would advice you to forget about stuffing envelopes. I don't believe that it is legit. My first thought was the old stuffing envelopes scams that GardenGerty mentioned. Those scams already existed before the internet and they still exist today, but there is also another option and that is even worse. Some scammers ask their victims to cash fake checks and wire them the money, and the people send the fake checks to the victims are people who have accepted one of those "stuffing envelopes" jobs. You might end up working for criminals and become a criminal yourself (without knowing it).

Thank you. I do love her, it is just hard being with someone all the time day in and day out. She is trying to teach me, but my hands don't seem to want work right for the typing. Of course, I barely graduated high school. Learning is difficult for me, but at least I'm trying, not many want to learn new tricks after their 20s.
Thanks for responding, and reminding me why, I'm trying this. For my girlfriend and my children.
