Well, my husband and I are already up at 5 in the morning. No matter how late we sleep we still manage to wake up early. One because we have work and two because of our son. It is a matter of discipline. If you know you can't wake up early when you don't have enough sleep then try to sleep early. Also, always look forward to good things for the next day. Always be inspired.

Hello shylade, we also wake up at 5 am. And if we don´t wake up at 5 we begin having nightmares. Don´t you? Or if we set off the alarm clock we open our eyes at 5 am, or 4:50 am. Doesn´t it happen to you? Blessings shylade... dainy

It's really hard for me to manage early wake up all the time. Because I can't really help myself from sleeping so tight. And I even got late to school because of this. :)

I think you should try to sleep earlier than your usual. That way, you get enough sleep and would wake up early. And don't forget to put on the alarm, so you would wake up on time just as you want it.

Hi friend, Raising in the early morning is always a good habit and it is having a lot of health benefits too. Just set alarm in your cell phone and wake up early, it will become a routine to you and you have the ability to get up early in all the time, if you keep up this habit for some days

I wake up early because of work...it was way different from my previous job. I use to work at night, and now I work early in the morning. So the change was really drastic. I started using an alarm clock to wake up early. And about a couple of weeks, my body got use to waking up early in the morning even without an alarm clock. And sleeping early helps as well.

Early rising only comes out of habit and regular sleeping patterns. Try sleeping at a fixed time every night. One needs atleast seven hours sleep everyday. Keep an alarm at a fixed time every morning. In the beginning you may not get sleep at the same time everyday but even then try waking up when the alarm rings. Within a few days you will find yourself sleeping well in time every night and waking up early. This needs to be religiously followed for a few days till you learn to wake up on your own.

Hello rohitt, my alarm clock can be set with 6 different wake up times. I have to wake up children, we have three children, so I set three wake up alarm times on my clock, each with a difference of 15 mins between each one, and each of them snoozes. So I spend a bit of time with each children to wake them up. You may look for a clock that snoozes, or set two alarm times. If you don´t wake up with the first you can wake up with the second. Don´t you think so? Or there are some funny alarm clocks that make like a rooster, or like a cricket. That`s a funny way to get aware that the alarm clock began striking. Isn´t it? Blessings rohitt... dainy

It is a behavior that has been trained in me for years and years. I remember during my teenage years where I wanted to sleep in. However, there are many instances these days where I just get the sleep I need to lead to the most comfortable life. Then I get up and just get on with my day. Some people look at me funny when I tell them the time I get up during the day. However, the world waits for no person. I just have come to this conclusion many years ago. Getting my sleep schedule fixed, while going to bed early and getting up early, it has lead to increased productivity. Granted, getting on early is not for everyone. But, in reality, it is something that is good for me. If I wake up any later than six in the morning, I just feel tired and unable to do anything for some reason.

Many people have a difficulty waking up early especially if they are not used to that kind of habit. One way to mange that kind of problem is to have a good sleep. You should not stay late at night and sleep early so that your body will have more time to rest and have an energy to face the challenges of the day.You should also try to have an alarm clock and set it 15 minutes in advance so that you can have a chance to stretch your body and set your sleepy head to wake up for it's already morning. Make it a habit and your body will adapt to it soon.

Well dude the truth is "Where there's a will there's a way.". Hence if you are seriously interested to wake up early in the morning, just go to bed early and put an alarm on your mobile or clock as per your wish. And wake up when the alarm goes off.

Hi Rohitt03011979, it's hard for me to wake up early if I stay up late indulging in my favorite online activities This is what I had done in two years back all the time. Wake up late is not good for health for I always skipped my breakfast. And the first meal of the day is really important to give us energy to start a brand new day right! Further more I could not complete some schedules due to the wake up late as well. Realize that it's not good, and my life seemed like mess like people close to me said, so I did my best to stay away from the pc earlier. It's really difficult initially, but with persistence and left the pc a little early by early gradually. I took a few months so to do so and I succeeded to go to bed early as the time set Happy posting

Like you, I normally struggle to wake up early as well, especially on holidays and days which I don't go to work. But on days when I have to go to work, I somehow manage to wake up early. I guess the main secret to it is to tell yourself that there is an important event that is happening early in the morning that you need to wake up for, even though there might not be any. If your brain recognizes something as "important", it will stimulate your mind and body to wake up regardless of how much you want to stay in bed. Another way which could help you to wake up is to sleep early; like the old saying goes, early to bed, early to rise.

I always wake up late even I have regular job. When I was working in Saudi Arabia, my job start at 8am in the morning but I woke up 20 minutes before my work start. I need to rush to our office which is few steps from out staff building. My boss told me to come in the office before 39 minutes but I cannot wake up early due to tired and lack of sleep

You will get more from life if you get up early. I usually am not going to sleep until alot of people are getting up. Like right now it is almost 6a. and I am still up. I think you should do what makes you happy. If you enjoy mornings get up in the morning. If you like the night time then stay up. If you want to start getting up early you need to go to bed early. Turn off the tv or turn off the computer at a certain time. Make sure your room is dark and there are no noises. Don't eat anything two or three hours before bed. Take a worm shower before retiring. Meditation to rid your mind of annoying thoughts can help you get to sleep too. Melatonin is a nature sleep aid and can be purchased from your local pharmacy. Hot chamimile tea is good for a sleep aid as well.

Well, first you have to have a reason to want to wake up early. If there is something you want to do and you are enthusiastic about it, you will be able to get up easier. In order to wake up early on a regular basis and not be tired, you must go to bed early.
