Hi aps! We just can not decide our own entry into this world. It happened and we are here live and kicking. There is no question to feel happy or otherwise because we do not have any choice. We have to live in this merciless world till we are alive or till such time God has given us our last breath. I do not feel confused on this issue, I try to enjoy every moment of life, which comes in my way because I believe that - "Tomorrow never comes".

You are right Deepak, we should not think why we were born, because that is past, and we have to move on thinking how to make things interesting so that this long life which is usually full of burden had hardships will pass easily. Thanks for your encouragement. Also thanks a lot for joining this discussion. I know you are always their for me. You are a true friend. Have a nice day.

We just can not get rid of hardships in our life, we have to live with those hardships and we have different hardships in our life. It is always a great pleasure to be present in your discussions.

Well as per my faith we are born and reborn depending upon our karma, i don't call this as 'forced-entry'!!! Seems you are confused because you are still there in that country, try to relax, every thing will become fine lol.

Hello Professor, First of all I want to thank you for replying to this discussion. I was expecting lot of replies for this discussion as it is a question so close to our life, but unfortunately I was disappointed every time I checked the responses which remained zero since yesterday. Yes I know about Karma and very much believe in saying , what you sow ,you reep.......but I am not sure about rebirth.....besides I just want to ask people if they are happy to have born in this world. And I am confused because...because I don't know why

I do not call it forced entry, But yes being born was never our choice. And we can do nothing about it except living it the way we wish to.

Yes! I also consider it forced entry. I used to tell my parents that it was never my choice that I was born in this world. One time my father got mad and told my mother to get a bolo (long, sharp knife) and behead me.

Hello wittynet..... how are you today..... I wish your father could understand that this kind of behavior of your father was also somewhere a reason, why you got this kind of thinking and why you kept asking about this....no happy person will think such a question. It is obvious that there is always some painful reason behind every weird question. I agree with factorial, that was rude of your father and hurts.......Have a nice day.

Hi apsara , i would say there r a lot of things in this world to be confused about. Would suggest you to be worried aboutthem rather think about past for that birth. I might sound rude, but the fact is we have to live. I like your topic which is worth a little thought but no control. I agree aboutkarma thing though but again i believe in doing right things and karma and don't give much thought aboutthings on which i ha've no control Enjoy:-)

hello shweta, you have yourself mentioned that world is full of problems that are more serious and confusing. And this is the reason what makes us say this again and again, that !!!why the hell we were born!!!.....of course saying this is not going to solve any problem, but still, if we were not born, we would not complain.......thanks for joining shewta...have a nice day.

Hmmm... Interesting topic indeed. I do have to say that if one considers questions like - "why was I born in this world" or "why me" or even starts questioning one's happiness, it shows that the person is pretty cynical about life in general & is wallowing in the mire of depression. In my case, these thoughts used to come to me while I was going through small bouts of depression back many years ago. Nowadays, I am perfectly happy & content about my life. Actually, since the last three or four years I haven't looked back at all. I am living life the way I want it. When I got married to my wife three years ago, these thoughts just evaporated. I began enjoying my marriage & the company of my lovely wife. I would say you need to have a really strong support structure around you to enjoy life. I have found that in my family as well as my in - laws... Enjoy life.. :)

You are right Pjha, when we are depressed, such negative thoughts start covering our minds. This means we are always looking for some kind of happiness in life, something that keeps our battery on..... You found this happiness with your wife in your new married life.......I think I will find this happiness when I will have some money to pay off all my debts and then may be I will start enjoying my life too......Thanks for your nice reply.
